Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD.

Required2. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR / Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.

Required3. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.,17.08.2024)

Required4. Integrity Pact signed by the bidder in presence of a witness for works equal to or above the threshold value given in Schedule F

Required5. GST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registrations applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be du

Required6. Certificate of work experience of completed works as per clause 1.1 of CPWD-6 for e-tendering. (In case of Non-Government works certificate of work experience along with TDS issued shall also be submitted and uploaded mandatorily)

Required7. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.

Required8. Valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate.

Required9. License of Private Security Agency should be valid on the last date of submission of bids.
