Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all Lead and Lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (i) All kinds of soil

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, all Lead and Lifts including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, .(i) Oridinary Rock

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Backfilling behind retaining wall/breast wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 in granular material within all leads and lift of material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing 110mm diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge , The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Disposal of moorum/ buil;ding rubbish/ malba. Similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, Transporting, unloading to approved Municipal dumping ground for all lead and Lifts complete as per dierection of Engineer- in Charge
