I/We have read all the conditions carefully of scope of work and I/We am/are ready to execute the work as per the offer quoted by me/us and terms & conditions of the contract enclosed.

Tenderer should submit his offer "Above/At Par/Below" of the total estimated amount for Schedule 'A' keeping in view the GST and all the expenditure included in the scope of work. All the bidders must note that payment is made by the railway administration on accepted rate only and there will not be any increase in the accepted rate/offer during the entire period of the contract. While quoting the offer, bidder must take into account all the above facts.

Total Estimate Amount mentioned above in "Schedule-A" is inclusive of GST and all taxes.

Offer of bidder will be accepted by railway administration inclusive of all the expenditure included in the scope of work & GST. While quoting the offer, bidder must take into account this fact.

All the statutory obligations will be borne by the tenderer during the entire period of contract.

The incomplete and ambiguous offer shall be summarily rejected.

The work shall be carried out as per scope of work. Payment will be made as per accepted rate only after giving satisfactory service under the contract.

As GST is already included in the estimate @ 18% hence while quoting the offer, tenderer must quote his offer inclusive of GST & all type of taxes, as its responsibility of the contractor for the due compliance of paying the same to the Government and payment is made to the contractor on accepted rate only.
