Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 22G (0.8mm) GI ducting with 25 mm thick internal acoustic lining as per tender specifications.
Supply & installation of acoustic lining from inside in existing duct as per tender specifications. Dismantling of duct and false ceiling etc and its reinstallation is in scope of this item only.
Supply & installation of 100 mm dia. dial type pressure gauges with suitable siphon & cocks. The range of pressure gauge shall be 0 to 10 bar as per tender specifications.
Supply & installation of 100 mm dia. dial type compound pressure gauges with suitable siphon & cocks. The range of pressure gauge shall be (-) 1 to (+) 2 bar as per tender specifications.
Supply and installation of 19mm thick Nitrile rubber insulation with glass cloth cladding with proper recommended (rubber based) adhesive at existing ducts as per tender specifications.
Supply and installation of 19mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation having covering material of double layer laminate of aluminium, coated with a special UV protection and PVC backing as per tender specifications.
Dismantling of existing glass wool insulation from GI ducts and shifting to temporary storage place near the building and as per tender specifications.
Disposal of glass wool insulation from the temporary storage place to a suitable site within/outside MMR region as per MCGM /applicable guidelines and as per tender specifications.
