Providing a team of labour & plumber with helper for attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixtures, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply including noting the complaints in complaint register including Sunday and Holidays complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing a team of labour and electrician with helper only for attending day to day Complaints for internal / external electric supply of pump houses (including Sunday & Holidays) maintenance of existing LT panels including connecting electrical accessories/spares of water supply installations, electric fittings with lights, short circuits in pump house including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed.. Note for srl No 1 & 2 :- Material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie items here-in-after.

Notes for Srl No. 1 & 2 :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of One Experienced Electrician and One Experienced Plumber assisted with two helper, matriculation passed qualified having minimum 03 years experience . (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from Contractor's dues. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect,if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply/Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'/BOQ. However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job quoted rates (Fittings and fixtures shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items of Sch A/BOQ). (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc..,as required at site. (viii) The electrician shall always be in possession of all electrician tools, LT megger, Earth tester, multimeter, crimping tool, insulation tape, hand gloves etc. as required at site. (ix) Rate for taking down/out existing & fittings & fixtures and refixing to make it functional shall be into account. (X) Material used complaint wise (docket wise) and it will be paid under supply only item rates vide BOQ ser item No 3.01 to 17, 26 and serl item No 28.01 to 30.04 as mentioned below.

(xi) A BOO ordered for material procured by contractor and taken on charge through RV and complaint wise dockets will maintained and USR's duly vetted by AO GE (E/M) for procured materials issued for incorporation in work will be mentioned in BOO. BOO will concorn / approved by Accepting Officer in one time for complete materials to be consumed in work and if any balance quantity of material left with contractor the same will received back on credit USR's & kept on record. (xii) Old U/s material obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV of iron scrap in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

M&L for testing of drinking water being collected from local source (bore wells/shallow wells/under ground sumps) one test in 15 days (monthly 1 (One) test of each source) in the area under AGE(U) W/S No II and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Collection of water from different sources of water ie Sump, bore wells & shallow wells in sterilized bottle and testing in Govt Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification. (b) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, turbidity, Lead, PH value TDS total hardness, iron, chloride, fluride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total Collie from organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Collie in 100 ml) and submission to this office with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purpose.

Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for : - (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of samples from source(sump/bore well/shallow wells) (iii) Contractor will required to visit the site of AGE (U) W/S-II area for working out number of sources i.e borewells/shallow wells/under ground sumps etc. However approximate tests of sources are 18 (Eighteen) numbers for different source. (iv) Period of testing of water sources is of 11 (Eleven) months from the commencement of work. (v) "Test report" will be accepted from NABL lab directly received by post to concern Eng-in-Charge from Lab under intimation to GE.

Excvation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually/mechanically in any type of soil upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Location & depth of boring holes is as directed by EIC)

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of the natural ground, rough excavated surfaces and filled area where ordered shall be trimed to an even surface horizontal or slopping, by removing vegetation and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site. depth of cutting not exceeding 15 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
