Construction of R.C.C foundation for centrifugal Pumping machinery (as per norms)including grouting holes in foundation for both pump motor sets to baseframe including supply of cement, sand, stonechips, foundation bolt etc, & other necessary materials. This costincl. Plastering & neat cement finish complete.
Installation of centrifuge l pump motor set on R. C .C foundation with proper alignment in every direction such as horizontal platform , levelling , shaft alignment and enlarger alignment & pump to pipe line alignment, Sluice valve , NRV , Packing , Nut bolt etc as per direction & satisfaction of EIC . ( including installation & static & dynamic balancing of P/M set)
Testing & commissioning of the pump machine, Suction & delivery piping system & elect. Instn . with satisfaction of EIC
