Construction of underground storage : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cm1:3

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (ii)Cement Mortar 1:4(1Cement:4Sand).

Providing & fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3(1cement :3 coarse sand),cost of required centering, shuttering and curing complete. 1 : 1½ : 3(1cement:1½ coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolt sand nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing and fixing pre coated galvanized steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18microns using self-drilling/self-tapping screws complete: Gutter. (600mm overall girth)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x0.90mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover.

Supply and fixing for MS work as in making of rack of size 100×60×198cm (L×W×H) of 05 nos of shelves in one rack, distance from shelves to shelves in 45cm. 15cm distance from ground level to first shelve, size of angle used for legs is 50 ×5 mm and the perimeter support in each shelve is 40 × 40 × 5mm complete welded and similar work confirming to Fe – 290 Gde E – 165 complete al as specified and directed. Supply and fixing for MS work as in making of as in making of stand of size 120 × 60 × 20 cm (L × W × H) of single number of shelve in one rack, 20 cm distance from ground level to shelve, size of angle used for legs is 50 × 50 ×6 mm, support flat iron used in between the shelve is 25 × 5 mm complete welded and similar work confirming to Fe – 290 Gde E – 165 complete all as specified and directed.(45 stands)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
