Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 2 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).

(a) Dismantling of floor of WC with Indian type Water closet and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc all as specified and directed.

(b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (c) M & L for a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top@Seal – 107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement Sika® Fab-1 and top coat with Sika Top® [email protected] Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or Pidilite. (d) M & L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika ® Plastocrete Plus as specified . (e) M & L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall.

(g) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each. (h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note :- Water closet shall be measured & paid separately under relevant itmes

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, frame work of water trough, railings,cooler stand and similar work to conforming to Fe -290-0 including Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer, complete all as specified upto six storey height.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in blocks for holdfast,coping,benching etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating all as specified incl necessary steel scaffolding..

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work , complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick internal rendering cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement,applying three coats of white lime wash on newly plastered wall surface including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone work etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white lime wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including taking down old plaster on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L chipping out, roughening and cleaning spalled/ loose concrete as in RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, fins and the like members upto 25 mm avarage thickness, washing with water and allowed to dry including derusting existing reinforcement with approved chemical. Supply and fix Mild Steel square wire mesh 65x65x2mm as strengthening reinforcement, applying anti-rust chemical on new wire mesh and guninting chipped surfaces upto 25mm (average) thick with pressure of 2.5 to 3.00 kg/Sqcm, using one part of OPC 43 grade cement and two parts of Ghaggar sand mixed with approved admixture and achieving an even surface including rendering 15mm thick plaster with CM 1:4 finished even smooth without using extra cement finished even and smooth surface including prepartion of two coat of weather proofing exterior paint . Work to be carried out in patches for buildings upto 18 meter height. Anti-rusting, adhesive, admixure chemical shall be of apporved make and incorporated as intructed by the manufacturer for specific application.

S&F of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors with suitable clamps/bracket including taking down old pipes and necessary cutting through RCC roof and brick work etc and making good all as specified.

S&F of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with solvent joints, complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrance mineral slate finish minimum weighting 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2kg/sqm at overlapping joints and painting new APP surfaces with two coats of Aluminum Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

All as per item no.18 here-in-before but dia of GI pipe is 15mm.

S&F 20mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and connections fixed to wall or ceiling or laid on floor etc incl cutting chasing where required complete all as specified an directed.

Refixing shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each after easing and repair for adjustments etc in the same opening., complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying one coat of plastic emulson paint upto 1.20m height of wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall / ceiling by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying one coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
