Providing and laying hollow cement concrete block walling upto floor five level 200 mm thick consisting hollow block of size 400 x 200 x 200 mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal and down size ) laid in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing in position eaves orfacia board with PVC Board (30cm width &19mm thick) along with necessary fixing arrangements including nuts and bolts and drilling holes etc all complete. 19 mm thick

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of brand TATA Blue scope/ Everest or equivalent (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micronsminimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tappingscrews of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
