1.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. departmental officers etc complete

3.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete

4.Supply and Filling with Quarry Rubbish including watering and consolidation as per instruction of Departmental officers instruction etc., Completed

5.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

6.Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. 7.Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plain surface such as rectangular column top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill, slabs, sun shade etc., in all floors using mild steel slabs of sizes 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., complete as directed. 8.Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. 9.Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

10.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

11.Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by Deparmental officer etc., complete.

12.Paving the floor with polished Shahabad stones slab of size below 600 X 600mmX20mm thick machine cut edges over the existing bed of concrete with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) to 20mm thick in all floors over white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the shahabad to size with machine cutting, polishing using different grade of corborandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc., and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., completed.

13.Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc

13a.Supplying & fixing door shutters for Mediun Density Fiber Board of exterior grade 35 mm thick,single leaf conforming to IS:12406/1989 with 35x12 mm T.W.Lipping on all edges with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of threee coats of best quality varnish but excluding cost of furniture fittings.such as 300 mm tower bolt 2nos,200mm towerbolt I no. 300mm Aldrop 1 No. Alu handle ornamental type 2 Nos,and 1 No. Door stopper etc complete.

16.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

19.WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge inpures laked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wood en beater sof approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers.

20Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

21.Providing Rain Water Harvesting tank including earth work 900mm RCC ring by using 40mm metal with cover as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

22.Conveying the excavated earth from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers

23.Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed
