Description :Running contract for manufacture and supply of 10125 mm Thick Web Curved Switche s with Check rails for 25T Axle load with complete fittings as per RDSO Drg. No. T-9791 (Alt-02) and Spring Setting device as per Drg. No. T-6216 with latest alteration, including Metal liner, Pocket type NCR-GRSP (10mm thick) but excluding Standard Fish Plates, Standard Fish Bolts & Nuts, Elastic Rail Clips, HVN Insulating liners. Pre-curving of Tongue Rail & Stock Rails for turnouts of Similar & Contrar y flexure shall be done whenever required, without additional payment, in accordance with RDSO's g uidelines of pre-curving issued vide letter No. CT/PTX/TWS Design dated 27.07.2018. The Stock Rail s hall be in 60E1 Rail profile of R-260 grade and Tongue Rail shall be in 60E1A1 Rail profile of R-260 gr ade as per IRS Specification No. T-12 and IRS Specification No. T 10 2025 and IRS No. IRS No. T 62 2 025.
