Demolishing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) using deploying machineries, saw cutting machoine including disposal of material / debris and carting within the site etc. Rate shall include for cutting of reinforcement steel of any size and shape with necessary tools and plants, scaffolding, water and power charges, cleaning the surface etc., complete and as directed. The rate shall include for stacking neatly and handing over the reinforcement steel removed from the dismantled concrete.

Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers. (With Narrow Cutting)

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) Grade - III by providing close graded Material each layer thick 125mm (two layer) of size of size 46.5 mm to 26.5mm, 26.5mm to 4.75mm and 4.75mm below conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO.III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H specification 804 etc., complete.

Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability. The dimension of Flexible Median Marker should not exceed 18.4 cm in height(including shank height), 12.5 Cm in width.,0.65 cm in thickness and shank depth shall be 3.4 cm The body structure shall be rounded at all its corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Flexible Median Marker should survive impact load of 5kg continuously for 750 times at room temperature. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have flame like shaped body with, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 90 Cm square, with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-09 type XI specifications reflectivity values.
