Supplying,fitting and fixing vitrified tile(Plain Ivory) in dadoo,skirting and rises of steps on 12 mm thick Cement Plaster in mortar(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry to match the shades of the tiles including cost of all materials,labour,T&P etc complete

Supplying,fitting and fixing Chequred tile having thickness 25 mm of size 300mmx300mm of approved make laid on 20 mm thick CM(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour,T&P etc complete

Finishing wall surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scafolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T. & P. etc complete.
