CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LINE FOR RELEASING OF NEW CONNECTION

Carriage of new 8.5mt. Long PCC pole, 11 mtr./13 mtr. Long STP from Cetral Store, Shaibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store to work site including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Carriage of line accessories, Double pole accessories as cross arm, M.S channel, Angle, 11KV/ 33KV Disc Insulator with fitting, 11KV/ 33KV Pin Insulator with pin, MS channel / Angle, earthing / stay set complete etc for construction of Single support and Double Pole..

Erection & fabrication of following supports including fitting of all required accessories of H.T/L.T line as per RESPO schedule. All type of M.S clamps, nuts bolts, stone pads ets. required for the above work shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Laying lifting, stringing & proper sagging of new conductor in place of old and damaged removed conductor on H.T/L.T line with binding, jumpering etc.including cartage, loading & unloading from Central store,Sahibabad/Sector 20, Noida/J.E Store to site of work.

Loading, Carriage of different size 11KV/ 33KV / L.T. XLPE cable from Store Center, sector 20,Noida/J.E Store to work site and unloading, digging of proper trench, laying of above Cable, putting sand around the cable. Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including providing necessary loop on both sides.

Loading, Carriage of different size 11KV/ 33KV / L.T. XLPE cable from Store Center, sector 20, Noida/J.E Store to work site and unloading, Laying of above cable by trenchless method with providing 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe 6 Inch Dia PN 4 PE 63 / 8 Inch Dia PE 80 PN 6 (PVVNL approved) as per requirement standard make with restoration of road complete with all respects. (HDPE Pipe shall be provided by the Contractor after inspection of competent committee at manufacturing site of the items with actual guarantee period.)

Providing & Fixing of Heat shrinkable Cable Jointing Kit Outdoor of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for different size 11KV/ 33KV / L.T. XLPE cable. (Cable Jointing Kits shall be provided by the Contractor)

Providing & Fixing of Straight through of Raychem/ 3M/ Denson make suitable for different size 11KV/ 33KV / L.T. XLPE cable. (Cable Jointing Kits shall be provided by the Contractor)

Mounting of 25/63/100/250/400 KVA Transformer after making all the connection etc. including loading, carriage & unloading from Central Store/J.E Store to Work site.

Fixing & grouting of 11 KV Metering Panel complete including loading, carriage & unloading from Central Store/J.E Store to work site.

Mounting of 11 KV/ 33 KV Outdoor CTPT unit on double pole after making all the connection etc. including loading, carriage & unloading from Central Store/J.E Store to Work site.

Removal of of ACSR Dog/ ACSR weasel conductor from both side spans of pole and removal of H.T/L.T line accessories from damaged pole.

Removing of all line accessories and digging of pole pit in Pakka road (Hard soil) with the help of road cutter/digging machine, Tractor etc. for dismantling the pole.

Removing of all line accessories and digging of pole pit in Kaccha road (Soft soil) for dismantling the pole.

Carriage of dismentalled S.T Pole from work site to J.E's store/ Sotre center, Sahibabad including safe loading and unloading at both ends.

Installation of 3 phase-4w static TVM LT / 11 KV as per RESPO Schedule complete with all respects.

Installation of AMR modam as per RESPO Schedule complete with all respects.
