Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust with a compresive strength not lessthan 50 kg/sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., for Superstructure Walls.

Supplying & fixing of 1.83x 2.13 Mts. (Double Leaf) Door frame made of roll formed section of 1.25 mm thick CRCA section, size should be 50 x 75 mm with 32 mm rebate. The corner of the frame should be welded. The frame should be painted with one coat of primer and finished painted with pure polyester paint. The frame should be provided with approved quality M.S.Powder coated butt hinges IS 205 125mm long of 6 Nos. along with Double flush door shutters solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces of 30mm thick including fixtures such as Mild Steel "Z" type Hold Fasts 6 Nos., M.S.Powder coated tower bolts I.S. 204, 300 mm long and 10mm BOLT dia 2Nos, M.S.Powder coated handles IS 208 125mm long 4No, M.S.Powder coated Aldrop IS 2681 300mm long 1No., M.S.Powder coated Door Stoper 2No., sales and other taxes cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour cahrges such as making of door frame, fixing in position,fixing of shutters, & hard ware fixtures, etc.,complete for finished item of work. The frame should be embedded to a depth of 40mm in the flooring.

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 3 track sliding windows with mesh shutter – (2-glass shutters and 1-mesh shutter) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin)of (94 mm x 45 mm)/(80 mm x 52 mm) x 2.20 mm for outer frames, (58 mm x 39 mm)/(54 mm x 38 mm) x 2.20 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding. The window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make and mesh shutter frame shall be (42 mm x 25 mm)/(52 mm x 21.5 mm) x 2.0 mm fitted with Vinyl Coated Fibre mesh- on rollers/ pulley duly fixed with Grey colour TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. System shall have single point locking with Touch Lock and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work.

Providing and applying Wall putty of White Cement or Polymer or Cement based of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, over heads and contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for Internal Walls

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion/ Acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. or Equivalent and shade over Priming Coat with Cement Primer Waterbase Interior Gr- 1 (making three coats) on New Plastered Surfaceafter thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., but excluding taxes like GST etc, complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Painting to External Walls with two coats of Polymer Plastic Emulsion paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Endocem or equalent quality of approved brand and shade as approved by the Engineer - in - Charge over base coat of cement primer water base grade -II exterior making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., excluding sales & other taxes, including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for external Walls.(APSS No. 911)

Supply and fixing of Stainless Steel Hand Railing of 304 Grade of 0.90m with Top rod of 50.8mm dia pipe 2.60mm thick (12 SWG) stainless steel tube top rail, (1 1/2") 38.10mm outer dia 2.60mm thick Stainless steel tube for Verticles balusters and (3/4") 19.05 Outer dia 2.6mm thick stainless steel tube for Horizontal for internals rails. Vertical post fixed with 75mm dia base plate using bonding agent and anchor fastener and welding, drilling of 20mm dia holes using Pneumatic compressor for fixing railing, including cost and conveyance of Stainless steel tubes, Labour charges for Fabrication of stainless steel railing works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, to present seamless finish etc complete for finished item of work

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position all heavy steel works like trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and gutter (by using MS tubes and pipes) including cost of welding rods, power charges, erecting in positions and fixing by using chain pulley blocks derek pole arrangements and cranes, etc complete.

Roofing:Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.-10 sqmts

Providing and fixing of 75mm thick SOLID WALL PANEL Sandwich panels made of light Weight FRACC two 5 mm thick non-asbestos fibre reinforced cement sheets (conforming to IS:14862:2000) on either side of the lightweight concrete core composed of Portland cement binders with tongue and groove arrangement. The bottom of the panel shall be fixed to the floor channel made up of 1 mm thick GI channels of size 28x77x31 mm fixed to the existing floor with 6x60mm nylon self expansion screws at 600 mm C/C and top of the panel fixed with ceiling channel made out of 0.80 mm thick GI Channel of size 31x77x31 mm duly fixed to the existing ceiling with 6x60mm nylon self expansion screws at 600 mm C/C. All the tongue and groove joints of the panels have to be properly cleaned and both the panels have to be fixed by applying the mixture of fly ash and sodium silicate in between and Everest jointing compound all the exposed joints. The rate includes cost of 75mm SOLID WALL PANEL panels, G.l. Floor and ceiling channel. The panels can be flushed by using paper tape and Everest jointing compound all complete.(TBSC-K-IV-08)
