Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0,using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course to receive top floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing venetian blinds,vertical type,100mm wide polyster fabric of approved colour anf pattern with aluminium fittings anf top rail and nylon buttons/loops etc.,fixed cuttings anf alterations if necessary,including dismantling the old unserviceable venetian blinds complete as specified and as directed (price shall not be less than 125/-per sq ft)

Supply & Fixing for 12mm thick toughened glass partition /fixed wall fixed with complete DORMA fitting including dismantling of old partion any type all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:- (a) Applying one coat of SBR latex based bond coat using Latex Plus of Berger or equivalent after mixing with water and cement in ratio of 1:4:7 to improve the bonding between residual and PU coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat . (b) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or Equivalent at 0.6 kg/per Sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used In Roofing)Each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. Spread 40gsm Geo textile over 1st coat when coat is wet condition The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per Litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats . SRI value should be more than 100. the quoted rate shall include surface prepartion,repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at Junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacurer's specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge. Make: Berger or Equivalent NOTE:- The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer approved by the GE.

Supplying only liquid based waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gl frame work of size 605 x 605 mm as in ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm center to center/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm center to center with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to center. Hanging framework with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long, including fixing 12 mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre in 600 mm x 600mm grid, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions and seamless finish on joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface & priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work any descriptions including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing old unserviceable GI sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.11 sq m and not exceeding 0.18 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with light shade vitrified tiles, 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for light shade vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 , laid on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour, for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 1000 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia type A (Conforming to IS 13592) single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 34 here-in-above, but of 110 mm dia SWR Pipe.
