Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305 and 1603.4 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimetree) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller to meet requirements of table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 407 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete, as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five ) kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of type-"A" 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre to five decimal six millimetre ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metre) pre-mixed with bitumen binder grade VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg. (fourteen decimal six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying manually to required grade and camber and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred ) KN static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-”B” complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B with bitumen grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 Kg. (six decimal eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square metre premixed in mini hot mix plant, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying of mixed materials manually and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred ) KN static roller complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 millimetre (twenty millimetre nominal size on ground in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like Parapets and wing walls etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of boulder apron gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 (IS: two hundred eighty) and IS: 4836 (IS: four thousand eight hundred thirty six) in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1301 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental. Fixing of "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated steel metal beam rail, 70 cm. (seventy centimetre) above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) spaced @ 2 mtr. (two metre) centre to centre 1.80 mtr. (one point eight zero metre) hight 1.10 mtr. (one point one zero metre) below ground/ road level all steel parts and fitment conform to IS : 1367 and IS 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) 330 mtr. (three hundred thirty metre) long complete as per of MORTH specification clause 811 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement: two & half sand: five graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre) nomianl size) kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specifications rural roads clause 1703 (200 metre) (Two hundred stone precast ) including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidential and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of Semi-reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign 600mm (six hundred millimetre) equilaterd triangle as per IRC-67 made of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thick MS-sheets duly stove enameled paint in white colour in fornt and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm (sixty five millimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause/section 1700 of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm of12 SWG ( forty seven into forty seven millimetre of twelve Standard Wire Gauge) sheet square tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade ( M-fifteen grade) cement concrete 450mm x 450 mm x 600 mm ( four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre), 600 mm ( six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1700 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign upto 0.90 sqm square metre as per IRC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desinged foudation with M-15 grade nominal mix 1: 2 1/2 : 5 [ one cement : two and half sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size] cement concrete 450x450x600mm , 600mm below ground level as per approved drawings and MORD technical specification section 1700. Guard Stone on Curve Reinforced cement concrete local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1704. Painting lines, dashes, arrows etcetra on road in two coats on new work with ready mixed road marking paint. Conforming to IS: 164 on bitumenous / concrete surface, icnluding cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as per draing and MORD technical specification clause 1702 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
