M& L for Pre construction Anti termite treatment by chemical emulsion (Imidacloprid 30.5 SC) as approved by IS 6313( part 3) : 2013 to Ground floor buildings adhering to following specifications: a) For internal area drill holes of 12-mm dia at 300 mm C/C along the inner junction of wall and floor in the entire premise. Water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes with dosage until refusal or maximum up to 1 Lit per hole. Minimum 400 ml chemical emulsion needs to be fill per hole. b) For external area drill holes of 12-mm dia at 300 mm C/C along the external junction of wall and floor in the entire premise. Water based chemical emulsion will be injected under pressure into these holes with dosage of 2.25 ltrs per rm. c) All drilled holes to be sealed with white cement and matched with surrounding wall finishes. d) Treatment to wooden fixtures: At point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion ( in oil or kerosene based solution) @0.50 lt/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm center to centre and sealing the same to match existing finish. e) Treatment to termite tubes: Visible shelter mud tubes will be removed and the infested area treated with water based chemical emulsion. All the drilled holes will be sealed and made good using cement. f) Treatment to be done by specialist agency licensed by IPCA and approved by Eng in charge. Specialist agency need to give written warranty for 5 years with yearly inspection and contact details to be displayed on board for attendance of complaint. Note : plinth area of the building will be measured Specialist agency : PCI, Elite corporation, paragon pesticides or IPCA licensed approved by GE

M&L for 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Slab horizontal or vertical portion for laying water proofing treatment all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing RCC roof with following specification :- (a) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.4 Liters/Sqm with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Liters at 25 degree C on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. (c) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm prescribed by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single exstruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid door/ window ceosetory window & other frames/ chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 58-60 (suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/ mm2 , modules of elasticyty 900N / mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer -in - charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note :- For WPC Solid door/ window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply , laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated screed PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded alluminiu, conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs, gland, nuts, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from n. exc. 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified.Note :- Quantity of Sand will be measured after punning down.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” LV type1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of galvanished iron tubing light grade 40 mm bore laid in trenches /floors for passing through UG Cable protection strip all as directed

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x 600x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire of size 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in Plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earthing lead, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, perforated watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead protection pipe light grade, PCC Chamber 1: 3 :6 type C1 ( for even finish on both the faces ) and RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, 550 x 550 x 50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c both ways with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia all as required at site including testing on completion Note:- (1) 7.5 RM GI wire and 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade is deemed to be included in the quoted rates, beyond 7.5 RM strip shall be measured and paid separately. (2) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include salt & Charcoal up to & above 450 mm top of GI earth plate. (3) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
