Supply & fixing in replacement KIOSK Box (Junction box) weather proof made up of one piece mounted on SMC base and door pole mounted double door hinged (R) of size (325x220x150)mm comprising of aluminium bus bar 04 Nos of 100 Amps rating for 3 phase and neutral with holes of suitable size including nuts bolts and washers for looping of street light cable, with provision for & including one single pole MCB of rating 6 Amps for protection of street light from short circuit, fixed on street light pole with clamps of suitable size made of FI 30x4mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 63mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables, GI pipe or filling of earth resistance enhance compound and getting out including levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/cutting of Road /path /concrete in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick, as in for making top surface of road cutting , finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finished without using extra cement above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light fitting 200 watt (20000 System Lumens) with efficacy >95 lm/W, Wide voltage operating range of 140 V - 270 Volts & Wide temperature operating range: -10 °C to +50 °C, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment including electronic driver and IP 66 protection, impact resistance of IK08 & Surge Protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers including taking down u/s fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair FR round PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable Twin core of size 2.5 Sqmm, 1100 volt, conforming IS 694 : 2010 complete as directed.

S&F in repair GI Pipe 60 mm dia for street light fittings (2 meter length) with base plate, nuts, bolts, screws as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting 30 watt ( 3500 System Lumens ) with efficacy >105 lm/W, Wide voltage operating range of 140 V - 270 Volts & Wide temperature operating range: -10 °C to +50 °C with best in class design & robust heat sink for better heat dissipation, electronic driver unit and IP 66, IK & Surge Protection including necessary mounting bolts, nuts and washers including taking down u/s fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Street light pole painting of dia 50mm/80 mm, length up to 3 meter. (One coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed).

Supply in replacement of GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore bent to shape complete with nuts, clamps, bolts etc for fixing of street light.
