M&L for 25mm thick Cement Concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in leveling / beding under floor finishes and pading concrete for roof etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non skid Ceramic Tiles 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. M&L for Vitrified Ceramic Coloured Tiles 8 to10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. M&L for Coloured Vitrified Ceramic Tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in Verticle Surface as in Skirting / Dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqmon vertical surfaces such as Skirting / Dados to wall etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to receive Wall Tiles all as specified and directed. M&L for Coloured Non Skid Parking Tiles (Endura) 12 to 16mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors, steps, parking etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. M&L Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick including 20mm thick Screed Bed or bedding layer of mortar in Cement Mortar 1:6 for lying floor finishes, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L Machine Cut & Mirror Polished Kota Stone Slab Flooring 20-25mm thick over Cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Morar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
