Construction of 4 MLD MPS and STP based on SBR Technology in the existing campus of 5 MLD STP at Samalkha Town

Providing, Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of NON CLOG SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE PUMPSET(Power Driven Submersible pumps primarily designed for handling waste water with End Suction Enclosed Impeller and Volute Casing) sets fitted with effective motor, mechanical seal, thermal and moisture sensor, suspension device, anti coupling bracket, guide pipe and Cable From Sump Well to pump Chamber and Panel including LT PMU autocoupling with integral bend (with autocoupling Pin SS Foundation Bolt Complete with base frame and RCC Foundation) complete in all respects as per scope of work and specification of Non Clog submersible pumpset of discharge 200 cum/hr and 55 m head (75HP).

Providing, supplying, erecting, installing, testing, and commissioning of a multi-compartment LT Indoor/outdoor panel with A/M (Auto Manual) change over switch for DG and EB power source, independent feeders for pumps, PLC Control panel , field instruments, including Pump Monitoring Unit (PMU), UPS, for Pump operation VFD panel with a bypass switch and emergency Star/Delta starter, A/M switch for Auto control from PLC, Push buttons for manual operation, status indicating lamps, with reputed make contactors, Volt and Amp meters, Digital Multifunction/Energy Meter, Hour Meter, Surge Protection device, cables, MCBs etc. Motor control Panel - having required front surface area, fabricated in fully compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 10 tank spray based tricationic phosphating treatment process for powder coating in approved shade, PU Foam Gasket without manual pasting, joint less (temperature withstand capacity - 40degC to plus 120degC) for maintaining IP protection, power capacitors etc., integrated with SCADA master control system ensuring the panel complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(designed for 200 cum/hr and 55 m head (75HP). non-clog submersible sewage pumps with an additional 25% loading margin for safety) For Pumps (2W plus 1S)

Providing, Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of RCC pipes shall be of NP3 class, cast by vibrated method confirms as per IS:458:2021, by using Sulphate Resistant Cement conforming to IS:12330 and concrete design mix minimum M-40 garde. Each pipe shall be lined interally with HDPE lining of uniform 2.5 mm thickness, fusion bonded or mechanically anchored to the concrete wall to provide resistance against corrosion and abrasion. The HDPE matetial shall confirms to ASTM D1248 and IS:7328 standards. The reinforcement shall be of high tensile steel confirming to IS:1786 (Fe550 grade) and placed as per IS:458:2021. (500mm i/d with inside HDPE lining)

Construction and commissioning of MPS of 6.00 MLD capacity and new sewage treatment plant of 2.00 MLD capacity based on Sequencing Batch Reactors Technology (SBR) (Attached growth process) followed by Chlorination complete in all respect with PLC, data transfer through modem to website and all other works contingent there to as per complete scope of work mentioned in Annexure- I including Operation and Maintenance of new MPS and STP during defect liability period of 6 year after successful completion of 3 Months trial run on the commissioning of new MPS/Sewage treatment plant based on Sequencing Batch Reactors Technology (SBR) at Samalkha town in existing 5 MLD STP Campus:- (a) Entire Civil works, mechanical, electric and instrumentation works as per DNIT (As per detail attached at annexure – I and inclusive of OandM). (The rate quoted by contractor shall be bifurcated into capital cost (as 80%) and OandM cost (as 20%) of quoted L.S cost)
