REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING, FLOORING, WALL PANELING, PLASTER, PLINTH, CHHAJJAS, SHAFT ETC IN OTM ACCN, NORTH SIDE UNDER AGE B/R-III OF GE(N) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Material and labour Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position, like roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, fins, facia and similar suspended works, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting chajja, slabs, fins, facia etc and including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, trough and similar items including edges rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- including rate of scaff-folding if required

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceilings/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified

Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The prepared surfaces after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in charge for site inspection befor applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in Charge through site order

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (oil emulsion distemper) (light shade) @ 10Sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sqm/litre/1 coat over and including a coat of exterior wall cemnt primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement base paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sqm/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over and including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sqm/litre/1. coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7 mm/350x250x7 mm thick on vertical surface as in dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for Double charge stain free Vitrified ceramic tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles having size not less than 595x595 mm and 8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles including and over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in epoxy grout to match in floors complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 14 here in before, coloured tiles 595x100 mm and not less than 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, set & jointed in neat and pointed in epoxy grout to match the floor tiles, over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster includiing raking out joints ,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on internal surface at any story or any height in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L 15mm thick external cement plaster at any story or any height in CM 1:4 & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (one coat as a priming coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distempering on plastered surfaces ,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceilings incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dados etc. over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing over & including 10 mm thick rendering 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S&F painted galvalume alumium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpz as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hook including dismentling of old asbestos cement/GI (corrugated, etc sheet in roof covering etc) complete

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium including demolition of old ceiling of any size as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed hollow PVC lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement drapery curtain rod 19/20mm dia, fabricated out of stainless steel, wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and decorated end knobs (finials), stop roller etc, fixed on wall for doors and windows curtains, cuttings as required length and fixing at site including fixing arrangements, rawl plug, screws etc. including taking out old any type rod or pelmet boxes with curtain rod complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting holes in brick wall built in Cement mortar incl making good dismantled portion in CM (1:3) Cement Concrete Type B-1 exc half brick but nexc one brick complete all as specified

M&L Baroda Green Marble work 15-16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in shelves/steps, landings, cills, skirting borders, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms with granite polishing and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2)using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick plinth protection in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, pathway, hard standing finishing cement concrete even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
