Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 03 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material obtained from item No 02.00 here in before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat using paving bitumen @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.06 Cum of sand and well rammed (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with paving bitumen or any penetration of binder at 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 100m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand filling floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre polished Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Anjali Tiles/ Ultra Tiles Pvt Ltd/ Terra Firma/ ECCO Scope/ Mehtab Tiles or any ISI makred or any make confirming to relevant IS subject to confirmation by GE after proper testing/ BRIKOLITE

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement with pigment in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Ultra/Bansal/Nitco/Anjali/Multiwyn or any ISI marked make or any make confirming to relevant IS subject to confirmation by GE after proper testing

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil for cleaning of road side bearms complte all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing as in repair Glow studs of minimum size 100x100 and 20 mm thick made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I : 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repairs solar road stud/cat eye of minimum size 125mm x125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and solar powered by inbuilt solar panel with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery provided with LEDs - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness with backup for 12 hours of continuous light all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repairs traffic convex mirror of 80 cm dia having 130 degree of viewing angle made of polycarbonate material, brim and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and pole 50 mm dia made of galvanised steel fimrly fixed to the ground by mean of PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (Size 50cmx50cmx60cm) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel tubular trusses, posts, purlins etc including special shaped wahser etc complete using ERW of induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS: 1161-1998 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
