M & L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth with sagol finish including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces using CM 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth in ceiling including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm including mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions at the rate 200ml per bag of cement and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) The rate of WPC is deemed to be included in this item. Hence bidders quoted the rate accordingly.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls, and applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing old surfaces walls of distempered & painted surfaces by scraping, washing rubbbing etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified

M&L for leak/seapage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of Newly plastered or existing exterior walls, parapet walls chajjas etc, with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc, and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and cracks less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dulex Aqua tech base coat and applying one coat Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system; of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP or Dulex weather sheld(The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at 6 hours befor next coat) etc, complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as specified including necessary double scaffolding (building ht upto 24mtr) with out damages the existing wall surface etc and directed.

M& L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M& L preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described , over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing old surfaces of wall, chajjas, beams, parapets etc, filling of cracks after cutting the same to V shape approximate 10mm wide and upto full depth of cracks with Chemistic crack seal caulking compound (Acrylic sealant) of M/s. Chemistik or equivalent of Dr. Fixit or of M/S STP Ltd as approved by the GE, also including necessary scaffoldings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded agg as in coping all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

M & L for 3 mm thk APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications including dismantling / taking out existing water proofing treatmentcomplete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap.

(c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) thickness of memberane shall not less than 3 mm. Note : The rate of bitumen primer is deemed to be included in this item. No seperate payment made for primer.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of capacity upto and including 1000litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities:
