Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) completeall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in cement mrtar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado or in vertical surface including 15 mm thick cement mrtar in (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm ) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting wall, and dado set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15mm thick cement mortar(1:6) including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 10cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm and refixing in the same opening including edging, fixing hinges with screw etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceilling finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat white wash on old decorated ceiling surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with wall cement based putty or cement morter 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated wall surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old decorated wall surfaces including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, steel ladder, iron gate and doors framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt, handles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.
