REPAIR AND MAINT OF 11 KV VCB AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS ALONGWITH HT CABLE AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DISTRIBUTION TRNASFORMER WORKS ETC AT EAST AND WEST SIDE AREA AND AATS UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes & cables etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft / loose soil including carefully taking out old existing PCC/ brick cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double wall Corrugated) high density polyethylene pipe of size 90 / 76 mm dia, with corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall confirming to IS-14930 (Part-1&2) (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable including all fittings and accessories, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade, 120 sqmm, 3 core, (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts, through pipe, under floors or road, along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, jointing kits & protection pipe shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for defect rectification HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including necessary excavation in any type of soil required for exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 185 sq mm 3 core. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within an hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed

Supply, jointing, testing & commissioning straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material suitable for HT 11 KV (E) XLPE cable of size 95- 120 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, jointing, testing & commissioning heat shrinkable end termination outdoor joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11 KV (E) XLPE cable of size 95 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out trolley of VCB 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of micro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system complete and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only for replacement of fixed contact block complete suitable for 630 Amps, 11 KV HT VCBs, complete all as specified and as directed
