I Operation, Routine, Preventive and breakdown maintenance of coal handling system conveyors for feeding coal to NCTPP-III unit bunkers from NCTPS-I ECHS coal yards through ACHS conveyors IMC-4,5,RBFD at JT-6A and NCTPP-III ICHS conveyors 2A/B,3A/B,4A/B ,TBC-1A/B and TBC-2A/B to the NCTPP-III coal Bunkers including transportation of consumables and T & P.
II MAINTENANCE OF FOFPH & FOUPH 1. Charges for cleaning & monitoring of FOFPH & FOUPH equipments and its surrounding area attending minor works in various oil, steam & air line such as arresting oil /steam/air leak, gland leak etc. Cleaning of LDO filters/strainers and assisting for unloading of HFO & HSD oil from the oil tankers, work involves dip level checking , oil sample collection, connecting the flexible houses to the oil tankers for unloading the HFO & HSD oil from the oil tankers, collecting the spillage oil , balance oil from the hoses, drain etc in to the separate container and refilling in to the tanks as directed by Engineer in charge.
2. Charges for cleaning HFO strainer/filter after closing inlet valves, dismantling top cover of strainer, cleaning of inner and outer filter elements, inspection of both side flange bolts tightening and assembling of strainers/filters in FOFPH & FOUPH.
3. Charges for replacement of damaged / worn out bearing / mechanical seal / bush / pump internal by new one after dismantling the HFO /Main Boiler HSD / Aux Boiler HSD/ Drain oil /Sump pumps, assembling , alignment of the pump in FOFPH & FOUPH. (Required spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).
4. Charges for up keeping the area of fuel storage tank area such as HFO , HSD and Day oil tank, pump house, steam and oil lines by clearing trenches, condensed water mixed with heavy furnace oil ,enormous growth of bushes, scrub jungle and grass and unwanted fire hazard materials such as dry glass leaves, papers and polythene papers in and around oil tank, pump house, oil & steam lines area. Work involves inside the tank dyke area and around the dyke compound all 4 sides, around FOFPH & FOUPH all 4 sides and around steam / oil lines.
III MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION & DETECTION SYSTYEM 1. Charges for carrying out the daily, routine maintenance of Mechanical equipments and its auxiliaries in Fire water pump house, Foam Pump House, Fire Hydrant Booster Pump House such as Pumps, Diesel Engines, Valves and pipes, Compressors and tanks, Diesel tanks, Hoist/Cranes etc., and up-keeping of Fire Water Pump House, Foam Pump House and Fire Hydrant Booster Pump House as per the direction of Engineer in-charge
2. Charges for carrying out the daily, routine maintenance on Fire Hydrant System, Hydrant Valves, Fire Escape Hydrant, Water Monitors, Foam System, Spray System, Deluge Valve Assemblies and Routine checking of fire extinguishers as per the direction of Engineer in-charge
3. Charges for carrying out the daily & routine maintenance of i) Clean Agent (INERT gas) System in all the four zones such as Battery Charger room at TG 8.5 M , TG 17m Central Control room, Central equipment room, Computer Room ii) Fire Detection and Alarm System in the entire plant area comprising Linear Heat Sensing Cable system, IR Detector, Manual Call Points and accessories iii) Battery and Battery Charger panels in Fire water pump house, Booster pump house and Foam pump house, Cable laying, glanding, earthing, Deluge Valve control panels as per the direction of Engineer in-charge
IV MAINTENANCE OF FIRE FIGHTING AND HYDRANT SYSTEM 1. Charges for attending puncture in Hydrant pipelines by welding one full circle welding joint including cost of welding electrodes, T&Ps and consumables . a. In 200 mm dia pipe line
b. In 600 mm dia pipe line
c. In 350 mm dia pipe line
d. In 300 mm dia pipe line
e. In 250 mm dia pipe line

2. Charges for attending puncture in fire Hydrant pipelines by patch welding including electrodes, gas, T&Ps , consumables and excluding electricity charges.
3. Charges for excavation of earth, refilling the same dewatering the wrapping and coating application including cost of wrapping coating materials, T&Ps and consumables.
4. Charges for cleaning and replacement of worn out rubber beedings and glass in the hose box placed at various manned locations in plant area and painting including T&Ps and consumables.
5. Charges for attending the breakdown for the fire hydrant valves by closing the nearby isolation valves, & releasing the valve, through cleaning, replacing the worn out internals and refixing the valve, safe guard arrangement intact and painting including T&Ps and consumables.
6. Charges for 350/ 300 mm dia sluice valve by dismantling the bonnets, through cleaning, removing the foreign materials lapping the gate, replacing, the worn-out gland, rope, gaskets and reassembling intact and painting including all materials, T&Ps and consumables.
7. Charges for attending breakdown and placing of flange, gaskets of 250/200 mm dia sluice valve in fire hydrant system by releasing the valve, dismantling, through cleaning, lapping of gate seating, renewal of worn out gland, gaskets and painting and reassembling intact including T&Ps and consumables.
8. Charges for attending breakdown and placing of flange, gaskets of 150/100/80 mm dia sluice valve in fire hydrant system by releasing the valve, dismantling, through cleaning, lapping of gate seating, renewal of worn out gland, gaskets and painting and reassembling intact including T&Ps and consumables.
9. Charges for refilling of CO2 type fire extinguishers by collecting the extinguishers from various locations of plant area, dismantling the fittings, and accessories, refilling of CO2 gas, reassembling the fittings and accessories, placing at various locations including the cost of CO2 gas, transportations, loading, lifting, T&Ps and consumables. a. For 3 kg & 4.5 kg capacity Fire Extinguishers.
b. For 9 kg capacity Fire Extinguishers.
c. For 22.5 kg capacity Fire Extinguishers
10. Charges for recharging of stored pressure type Fire extinguishers including transporting , loading, unloading , refilling material, T&Ps and consumables. a. For 9 litre capacity Fire extinguishers ,AFFF Mechanical Foam type
b. For 45 litre capacity Fire extinguishers ,AFFF Mechanical Foam type
c. For 9 litre capacity Fire extinguishers water type
