Providing, fitting by way of replacement of wornout / damaged electro-mechanical components of 10000 GPH x 260 meter head pumping unit no. 1 installed at pumping station Jaganoo stage-1st. The job involves disconnecting incoming power, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame delivery & suction, plugging the pipe line to avoid back flow and subsequently shifting to workshop. Dismantling, extraction of internal assembly. Remetalling of pump shaft by way of welding, turning and making bush size and key way cutting. Providing and fitting of new bracket-1no. at NDE side, new brass impellers-3nos. and brass diffusers-02nos. as per sample. Fabrication / fitting of shaft bush-2nos., neck ring-04nos. gland plate-2nos., check nut-2nos., brazing and turning to impeller-03nos., repair to diffusers-03nos. Assembling of pump set and shifting back to site of installation. Leveling, alignment, coupling pump motor, p/f gland packing and testing on load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charge of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Replacement of damaged / wornout parts of 140 ampere rating panel installed at pumping station Jaganoo stage-2nd (Thilli). The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel. The job includes replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB4SA) unit by way of providing and fitting of new one of same rating. Repair of 140 ampere LT control panel to be carried out by extraction of worn-out contactor of MNX 140-1no., from the starter assembly and providing and fitting of new contactor of same rating of L&T make. Job further includes replacement of damaged contractor kit of the other MNX-140 contactor by way of providing and fitting of new contactor kit of same rating and specifications. Providing and fitting of digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Testing of the equipment after repairs, without load and thereafter on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles. Rebate, if any, on account of old parts should be quoted separately.
