Providing and fabricating reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position in binding (including cost of binding wire ) all complete up to floor three level Thermo mechanically treated bars (conforming to relevant IS:1786.)

Door Window Frames:-Provinding and fixing Steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fitting complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide .<35x35x5 @ 2.6 Kg per Mtr unit weight and 25x25x4 @ 1.8 Kg per Mtr unit weight

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet single leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally bracked with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anti-corrosive red oxide primer paint. M.S. Sheet 22 S.W.G. Add extra for double leaf shutters.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proffing compound: Cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1 cement: 2 Course sand: 4 Greded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
