M & L for servicing of AB Switch by cleaning contacts, removing carbon, adjusting the fixed and moving contacts, guides, applying petroleum gelly for easy operation, replacement of jumpers and connections, bolts, nuts etc, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable expulsion/drop out fuse with all fitting complete and removing the material to store for safe custody for issue under schedule of credit , supply and fix expulsion/drop out fuse unit with silverised brass contactors and fuse barrel suitable for 11 KV system triple pole of rating 200A fused lazed upto 60 A complete with all fittings all as specified and as directed.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, of size 250mm x 200mm for 11 KV, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and convetional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed in front side with suitable screws / nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 here in before but of size 200mm x 150mm for LT complete all as specified and as directed.

Scraping down fallen paint rusted surface of poles 11 mtr long and preparation of surfaces and painting with aluminium paint single coat complete including cross arms bracing , clamps and supports complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for On load Filteration of unbalance Voltage stabilizer Power oil by continuous circulation of transformer oil through mechanical filters to achieve the desired dielectric strength of 35 KV for one minute at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1.Oil samples are to collected from top and bottom of oil tank and test results to be submitted for each sample before and after filteration.

Supply and topping up /replacement of new voltage stabilizer oil of dielectric strength 35 KV at 4 mm gap in transformers of various capacity installed in various locations . Make of Voltage stablizer oil: Power Oil / Indian Oil / Rinkyl / Apar Note : New oil in the Voltage Stablizer will be filled in the Voltage Stablizer only after filteration and dehydration of existing oil of theVoltage Stablizer. (b) New oil shall be supplied in sealed barrel with test result and test certificate.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stays, laying of UG cable/ pipes & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning for underground cable protection including punning down sand in layers complete all as specified & directed Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes

Supplying and laying common burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, laid perpendicular to axis of cable for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L road cutting of size 30 cm width x 45 cm depth for laying of cables including making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminious portion with concrete and bituminious mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4 , 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) 50mm bore with connecting accessories, laid under road/ drain/fixed on wall etc for protection of cables including taking down complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, testing and Commissioning cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor,stranded, armoured, PVC sheathed, LT 1100 volt grade, heavy duty as per IS-7098 and providing suitable lugs and cable glands, laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed to wall/ roof/ poles including taking down existing cables complete all as specified and directed of following sizes.(a) 120Sqmm, 3.50 core

(b) 95 sqmm, 3.5 core

(c) 70 sqmm, 3.5 core

(d) 50 sqmm, 3.5 core

(e) 35 sqmm, 3.5 core

(f) 25 sqmm, 3.5 core

Taking out the VCB 11 KV Make CG installed in Power house, cleaning the contacts, lubrication of moving parts all as specified and refixing the same with checking of control wiring , testing & Calibration for satisfactory functioning all as directed by Eng-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed

Taking out the 3phase Voltage stabilizer input voltage 300 to 480V, output voltage 415 +/-1% for unbalance load Make Sintrac in Power house, cleaning the contacts, lubrication of moving parts including servo meter all as specified and refixing the same with checking of control wiring , testing & Calibration of Auto/Manual system for satisfactory functioning all as directed by Eng-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Isolator TPN 63 A 415 Volts 10 KA breaking Capacity B Series characterstics mounted on DIN Rail and connecting up all including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand / Seimens / Hager /Havells

Supply and fix MCCB 125 A, 4 pole, 415 Volts 36 KA breaking Capacity ,AAN frame fixed on Existing panel in power house/feeder panel and connecting up all including taking down complete all as specified and as directed & in the process of fixing of MCCB minor drilling, clamping ,screw ,nut bolt shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Make-: L&T/Havells / Hager/Legrand

Taking down old unseviceable LT Panel complete and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, shutter in front and in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and external surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, fully compartmentalized design with 4 nos aluminium bus bar suitable for 500 amps mounting on insulator,pre wired with suitable size of copper wire short circuit rating 50 KA(arms) for one second including suitable aluminium earth strip (not less than 20x3mm) for internal connection to the switches/MCCBs all as specified and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items housed in :

S & F in repair battery 2V 60 AH for VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Exide/ Amco/ Luminous or its equivalent in other makes.

S & F in repair battery charger unit 30 v dc 5 A rated current for VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ARMO or its equivalent in other makes.

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 440 VOLTS, LT CABLE / MES embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 cms including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) and taking down complete all as specified and as directed
