PART-I (KM 25.000 TO KM 28.000 ON GALHAR-SANSARI ROAD)
Providing and applying of Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.5 kg per 10 Sqm (using with BPD with manual labour) between Km 25.000 to Km 28.000 on Galhar-Sansari Road, all as specified in MoRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision, 2013) and rolled to the required specification all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract.
Providing and laying 50 mm thick (compacted) Dense Bituminous Macadam layer with bitumen after duly preparing surface including scrubbing, cleaning and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion and bitumen pre-coated stone aggregate as per Table 500.8 & 500.9 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (5th revision) mixed with 4.50% binder asphalt VG-10 grade(Table No 500-10) and rolled to the required specifications between Km 25.000 to Km 28.000 on Galhar-Sansari Road, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract.
Providing and laying 40 mm thick Bituminous concrete (compacted) with HMP Mix after duly preparing BT surface including scrubbing, cleaning and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion and bitumen pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table 500-17 and physical requirement as per Table 500-16 and mix satisfying the requirement of Table No 500-19 and Table No: 500-12 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th revision) mixed with binder asphalt VG-10 grade and binder content minimum 5.4% by weight of total mix and 2% filler by weight of aggregate (filler) conforming to the required specification for filler as per Table 500.9 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th revision) and rolled to the required specifications between Km 25.000 to Km 28.000 on Galhar-Sansari Road, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract
Providing and laying of centre line and both sides edge line marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @250 gm per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specifications between Km 25.00 to Km 28.00 on Galhar-Sansari road all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract
Provising and fixing of Cat Eyes on center line on resurfaced pavement as per specifications mentioned in particular specifications of tender and MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision, 2013) between Km 25.00 to Km 28.00 on Galhar-Sansari road all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract.
PART-II (KM 28.000 TO KM 32.000 ON GALHAR-SANSARI ROAD)
