Providing Vinyl Flooring 3.00mm anti static seamless PVC flooring thick.The Floor shall be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock It shall be Electro Static Discharge (ESD) combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality thickness not less than 2.00mm. Continuous roll shall be used and with minimum joints. The Joints to be welded by special PV thermal units using PVC welding bars of same colors.The sheet shall be highly durable to shock and indentation. IThe flooring shall be done by skilled workers of the accredited agencies, autlioi‘ized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The Electrical resistance (Point to ground) shall be within 2.5 X 104 to 5 X 106 Ohms. The floor shall not allow build up of Electrical charges beyond 100V due to antistatic effect. The corners shall not be terminated sharply & concealed coving shall be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx. 25mm & sealed perfectly & uniformly. Self leveling compounds shall be used . The copper strips to be made visible by grinding and no copper strips shall project more than 0.5mm above level surface to avoid damage to the PVC sheet. One earthing lead shall be brought out from every 150 square feet area and attaching it to the main earthing strip/ Ground.Copper grounding strips (0.05mm Thick, 50 mm width) shall be laid flat on the floor in the conductive adhesive and connected to copper strip of grounding. The connection from copper grid shall be brought out uniformly at places to form equi-potential grid.The flooring shall be mechanically shock proof, scratch proof, flame retardant and anti antibacterial.The floor shall efficiently discharge Electric charges up to 2KV. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Jet black and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand(M-Sand)) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing Single Nosing for Granite Slab

Dadooing walls with colour designed digital printed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 8mm best approved quality tiles set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand(M-Sand)) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the vertical wall surface with pre polished granite slabs or approved colour 18 to 20 mm thick of best quality free from all defects set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two crushed stone sand M sand) sand) 10mm thick. The joint shall flush with face or granite slab and in line. The joints shall be pointed with sand color pigments mixed with white cement of 1.8 kg/sq.m. The slabs so laid shall be supported with suitable arrangements for a period of 2 hours after laying to avoid falling granite slabs by its self weight after laying its position. The granite slab shall be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works etc complete. Providing Wall Panelling using Stainless Steel Panels with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at required interval in both diretions, fixing Stainless Steel Panels over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws & clips. The total Panel thickness between 50-60mm. It shall be 0.80mm thick,304 grade stainless steel sandwich panel(both side 0.8mm thick sheet) with core consisting of rigid polyurithane foam injected under high pressure with minimum density of 40kg/m3. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand (M-Sand) to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm power coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam / Wool(conforming to BS4735/BIS7888). Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The maximum permissible sound pressure level for new diesel generator (DG) sets shall be 75 dB(A) at 1 metre from the enclosure surface.

SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING : The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phospating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES : Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.

WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg c/ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading. Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade.

E) Base Frame : Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges.

F) Fuel Tank : 450Lts. fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge.
