3-STEPPED STEEL TUBULAR POLE (WITH PRE-CAST FOUNDATION): Supply and erection of 3-Stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole (410-SP-Mpa) of suitable length confirming to IS: 2713- (PART-II)-1980 (Steel tubes confirming to IS: 1161-1979, UTS 42 kgf/ Sq.mm) to fix on precast RCC column of suitable dimensions. The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase 4wire cable connection, bakelite sheet, MCB, loop in and out arrangement for incoming/ outgoing cables. The Enclosure door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. The Enclosure will be wall mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work:-

LED Fittings as per specifications approved by Hon'ble Technical Advisor to CM Punjab vide letter No. AT-2021/GL 1410-1422 Dated 06/05/2021. Besides this the lighting fixtures manufacturers should have in house NABL accredited lab.

Supply and erection of LED Post top 40/45 watt Opal Diffuser Supply Voltage 140-270Volts AC supply, 50Hz ± 3% (including BIS Certified potted single diver with screen or laser printing logo LED driver) with pressure die cast or extruded aluminium housing with control gear (IP 66 protection), THD<10%, CRI minimum 70, High power LED with wattage 1 to 5 Watt with mandatory secondary lenses, toughened glass fitting, 4 KV SPD within driver and 10KV external SPD, Min IK07, efficacy of LED fixture minimum 120 lumens per watt, 5 year warranty including their drivers complete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer in-charge at site. LED Fittings as per specifications approved by Hon'ble Technical Advisor to Punjab Govt. vide Letter ION No:- AT/2021/GL/1410-1422 Dated:- 06.05.2021. Besides this the lighting fixtures manufacturers should have in house NABL accredited lab.

M.S. JUNCTION BOX FOR STREET LIGHT: Supply and erection of M.S. Junction box of suitable size made from M.S. Sheet 16 SWG (1.60mm thick). Junction box should have one locking arrangement and 2 nos. hinges on front side. It should have 1 No. Brass terminal connecting strip, 1 No. Kit kat 16 Amp/240 Volts along with M.S. Flat 20mm x 2mm clamp with nuts and bolts for fixing on the pole. The junction box should be painted with one coat of good quality primer and two coats of post office red enamel paint inside and outside complete in all respect:- M.S.
