S&I of Self drilling — pply and installation of Self drilling anchors of 32mm diameter, 4 m length at a spacing of 2x2 including Drill Bit of 51 mm dia, Co lers, plates of size 200x200x10 mm, nuts, Galvanized or epoxy painted including all machineries

S&I of Geotechnical bars — upply and installation of fully cold threaded hot dip galvanized solid geotechnical bars of 25mm dia and 3 M length in staggered pat rn of 2mx2m spacing as per the construction method with the following specifications. Minimum diameter 25 mm, ii. Yield load of more han 400 kN iii. Spherical/hexagonal nut, supply of connectors, semi perforated PVC pipe. iv. Anchor/Washer plate 200 x 200 x 10 mm s e, v. Coupler for connecting bars and full-length cement grouting (w/c =0.4 – 0.45) with admixtures, including all ancillary works f top/bottom/cortical anchoring,including all ancillary material, machinery, scaffolding, labour etc complete and as directed by Eng eer In charge. (All the material including Rod, Plate, Nut shall be galvanized)"

S&I of DT Steel Wire WELDED — oviding and fixing steel wire grid/mesh netting double twisted hexagonal shaped wire mesh having 10mm x 12mm grid/mesh opening inter ced during manufacturing with 8 millimeter steel wire rope at 1.5m spacing in longitudinal direction, top support rope, bottom suppo rope, lacing wire, u-clamps, thimbles, turn buckles with all other accessories including loading and unloading of the material (mes wire dia 3.7 millimeter heavily zn + pvc coated) including safety, all ancillary works and materials, machinery, labour, etc. Comple as per technical specifications attached and as directed by engineer-in-charge. ). The steel wire mesh panel shall have minimum ten le strength of 30 kn/m in parallel to twist direction and minimum punch strength of 16 kn. Rock anchor to be paid separately.

DSIGN AND VETTING OF IFC — sign and Vetting of IFC drawings from reputed Government Engineering Colleges in INDIA or Reputed Government Consulting Firms across NDIA, Submission of 2 nos Soft copy and 2 nos hard copies of approved design and drawing to HPCL with 3 sets of Working drawing to b supplied to SIte of HPCL.

S&F GROUTING — OUTING: Providing and laying a ready mix non-shrink cementitious grout of compressive strength of 30 N/mm2 under equipment base plat anchor holes for Self Drilling anchors and as per requirement of EIC , etc. at all levels complete in all respects as per specifica ons, drawing and direction of the Engineer. Note: The Weight of non-shrink cementitious grout bag Shall be of 25Kgs.

Shifting of Utility — ifting and protection of all utilities line like PVC water line , Barbed wire fencing , plants, bushes, etc and making the site rea for execution of works
