Dismantling of FOB structural elements (Bottom MT and Top Chords) in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc., including dismembering and stacking with in 50 meters lead by manual method with required manpower during the traffic blocks as and when provided by the railway authorities, using chain pulleys operated manually. Method of operation:Two numbers of main pulleys are to be installed at either end of the span supported by another two pulleys placed at either end at an interval of 3-5 Mts with a wire rope of dia not less than 20mm passing throught the all four pulleys forming a loop to pass the structral elements and adjust the altitude of the structural elements passing while dismantling. Two intermediate pulleys to be attached to support the passsing structural elements at regular distance to provide equal support to the structural elements. Each pulley to be operated manually by skilled operator. The dismantled elements has to be attached to the main pulley placed at the end of span and pushed manually to the other end and while passing the intermediate pulleys are to attached at equal intervals until the same reached the other end of the span. After reaching the other end the rope is operated on both ends simultaneously to reduce the altitude/height and smoothly placed at the appropriate location as instructed by the engineering in charge of the work, all with contractors tools, machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transportation, handling, taxes and all other incidental charges as applicable.Note:Each pulley should be capable of carring a load of 5- 6 Tons.Additional pulleys of 3No's are to be kept standby for operation if needed.Reuired man power to execute the work in the scheduled blocks has to be kept avaialble.No extra payment will be made for removal of pulley setup after completion of the work.The work to be executed only after confirmation of traffic block and only in the presence of the engineer in charge.

The rate covers the complete supply and rigid fixing of premium-grade PVC, galvanized iron (GI), or metal RJ/square junction/circular boxes on walls, roofs, or steel trusses for concealed/surface conduit wiring systems. The scope of work includes the provision of all necessary heavy-duty saddle clamps, fasteners, rawl plugs, and hardware required to securely anchor the boxes without causing damage to the structural surface. All junction boxes must comply with relevant Indian Standards (IS), feature precise knock-outs for clean conduit entry, and be finished with a matching blank cover plate. The quoted rate shall be all- inclusive of material supply, precise alignment, and associated labor charges as per the directives of the Site Engineer.

Concealed/surface (2x2.5+1x1.5sqmm) FRLSH copper wire 1100 Metre volt grade (without supply and laying of pipe) on truss/roof/wall (Sub-main wiring with Phase, Neutral & Earth). The price covers Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning duly running 1100-volt grade, FRLSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke Halogen) copper conductor wires. The wiring configuration consists of Phase and Neutral, each with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 sqmm, and one dedicated earth/ground wire with a cross- sectional area of 1.5 sqmm, conforming to 1100V grade and IS 694 with latest amendments. The scope covers either as concealed wiring or surface wiring. It can be securely routed across various structural mediums, including structural steel trusses, roof soffits, or masonry walls. The scope of this specific item includes drawing, pulling, and dressing the wires through the routing path, making all necessary end-terminations at the switchboards, distribution boards, and fixtures using proper lugs or connectors. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of G.I Numbers pipe earthing as per CEE's approved drawing. The price shall cover the cost of supply & erection of Earth Cone including excavation of earth pit in any kind of soil/rock as per Drawing No. CEE/GS/EARTHING/ 02 (MOD-1). The Earth value should be below 10 ohm in dry conditions or as specified in IE rule for different applications. The connection of the Earth cone with the electrical equipment is to be made with joint less GI strip of size 50x6mm or 25X5mm or Suitable Gauge GI Wire etc. as per the directives of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. The price shall cover the cost of all materials excluding GI strip / flat required for the above work including labour charges. But, the scope covers the supply & erection of Earth cone along with provision of RCC Sump & Cover, GI Bolt, Nut & Spring Washer, MS Clamp and Charcoal & Common Salt Mix as per the drawing. Single Cable laying in air / culvert. The price Metre shall cover the cost of transporting the UG cable from the Railway store depot of the work incharge or other premises as directed by the work incharge to the work site & laying of the cable shall be completed in open air/culvert/cable tray. The unit price shall cover for fixing of the cable on plinth/structure/column/culvert to be done by GI Clamp of suitable size as per the site requirement. The price shall cover laying of cable in the air shall be properly clamped with suitable size of G.I clamps, nuts, bolts etc. wherever necessary. The distance of each clamp should not be more than 1 meter. The work should be completed with contractor's materials, tools & plants etc. The IR values of cables shall be tested jointly signed by Rly representative and authorized contractor's representative prior to laying, after laying and just before charging the cable. Supply & erection of outdoor type MS/FRP loop Numbers in loop out box made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet/FRP of size 200X150X100mm & 4way stud connector with provision of door in front side with locking arrangement. The scope includes the supply, transport, proper positioning, and erection of outdoor-type, weather-proof Loop-In Loop-Out (LILO) junction boxes, IP-55 or better, complete with an internal 4-way stud connector, front door locking arrangement, and necessary mounting accessories. 200mm(Height)x150mm(Width)x 100mm(Depth) Junction Box shall be fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled close-annealed (CRCA) MS sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm or made up of Compression-molded FRP grade material, UV-stabilized, flame-retardant, with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm to 2.0mm. High-quality, continuous neoprene or EPDM rubber gasket to be fixed on the inside of the door frame to maintain a dust-and-vermin-proof seal. Door Type is to be Hinged, front-opening door providing complete, unhindered access to internal connections. Front door is to be equipped with a secure locking arrangement such as an allen-key etc. The Juncton Box shall have connector block with heavy-duty 4-Way Stud Connector mounted on a high-dielectric base (DMC/Bakelite or high-grade polyamide) with a minimum current carrying capacity of 32A or 63A as per the site requirement. 2Nos. knockouts to be provided at the bottom plate of the box for incoming/outgoing loop cables. Thorough 7-tank chemical pre-treatment process followed by powder coating for MS Box. For the MS Box, two dedicated, distinct earthing terminals must be provided on the body for cross-connecting the structural earth wire. For the FRP Box, internal earth-continuity strips must be present to securely link the incoming and outgoing cable armor. Cables must be terminated using appropriate weather-proof cable glands. The box is to be safely erected using heavy-duty, galvanized MS clamping brackets, tailored to securely grip either the tubular pole or the concrete structure. Alternatively, it can be flush-mounted onto walls. Before supply of materials, the contractor has to take approval from Sr.DEE(G)/VSKP.
