Re Filling with excavated earth as oer standard specification etc, complete

Collection and supply of gritty Gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour chargesfor filling etc complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using fFly ash Brick of size 23x11.5x7.5 cms for the following including mixing mortor and all other labour charges etc, complete.

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position inild steel or ribbed Tor steel and allreinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally st section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mmHBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour charges etc complete.,

Manufacturing , supplying and fixing of stainless steel hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L grade stainless steel pipe of 1.6mm thick a required lacations to a heught of 900m from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia stainless steel pipe post

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly pure slaked lime over R.C.C roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finished with cement mortor 1:4 20mm thick plastering including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine PRESSED TILES of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm approved quality laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supply and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter et., complete.

Distembering two coats using OLD or NEW Plastered surface using Oil Bound distember including cost and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over New Plastered surface using Approved Quality of Exterior Emulsion Paint including cost and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using synthetic enamel paint including cost and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fabrication of Steel Door including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc, complete

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1 No 40 Amp 30 MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Lower End) with suitable necessary connection ( S D N o 126 )

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD 88)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp SD 106
