Charges for dismantling the north side seal trough at 6.8m elevation, separate the seal trough from BAH out shell by gouging electrode, cutting the seal trough into several segments by plasma cutting, lifting the segment one by one using derrick / chain pulley Block, leading, lowering and transporting the segments including cost of consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,
Charges for cutting and removing the wornout portions of BAH body plate at North, east & west side, BAH supporting structure, seal trough support & platform, BAH walkway platforms, ash slurry disposal pipe line supports and devolution of scrap stores including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges etc.,
Charges for fabrication and erection of BAH body plate at North, east & west side, BAH supporting structure, seal trough support & platform, BAH walkway platforms, stiffner plates, ash slurry disposal pipe line supports etc., setting verticality and welding including cost of all consumables and T&P hire charges etc.,
Charges for erection of seal trough segments, transporting to work spot, lifting the seal trough one by one upto 6.8mtr with sufficient lifting tackles, leading, setting the seal trough in its original aligned and along with BAH outer shell including cost of consumables, T & P hire charges etc.,
Charges for SS welding works in erected seal trough joints at north, east & west side of BAH for arresting leaks and to avoid air ingression into Boiler including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for SS to MS welding the top surface of 12mm MS plate of BAH body plates with top surface of seal trough inner side plate at north, east & west side including hire charges for T&P’s consumables.
Charges for painting the Bottom ash hopper seal trough support & platform, BAH walkway platform and its connected structural with one coat red oxide paint and two coat of good quality enamel paint by chipping, hammering and complete cleaning free from rust including all consumables like paint, painting brush, wire brush, cotton waste, thinner, etc., complete.
Charges for supply of 12mm thick MS plate
