Dismantling existing unserviceable drawer and S&F new drawer made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet including one coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable shutter and S&F new shutter made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet including one coat of primer complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of brass lock to the table by appropriate size steel screws / rivets complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling unserviceable leg and S&F new leg made to shape, out of 25mm square tube having wall thickness1.6mm by gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old existing unserviceable leg shoes and S&F new PVC hard rubber shoes of approved quality to bottom of leg complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling existing unserviceable top and S&F new top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, one side natural teak wook and other commericial of size 1200x610mm including providing 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the top after french polished complete all as specifed and directed.

Gas welding to broken parts of frame throughout and grinding to smooth finish complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Welding alround shall be considered as one point.

Preparation of existing painted steel surfaces (inside and outside) by carrying out denting,scraping old paint with sand paper, filling putty (where required) and applying one coat of synthetic enemel (olive green) paint with spray gun complete all as specified and directed.
