Providing and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the followings (a) Removal of existing bituminous membrane if any and mechanical cleaning of surface & treating in sound clean and free from any bituminous residue , dirt, oil, grease etc.. All surface cracks etc filled with Flowfill Grout, all surface patchwork, defects etc. to be repaired with high early strength, fast setting repair mortar using Patchfix concrete, all complete as per the manufacturers specification ( b) Providing & applying PU based Primer @ 200 ml per sqmt and then applying two coats of single component, moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membrane @ 1.2 kg per sqmt in two coats to achieve dry film thickness of 1mm., all complete as per the manufacturers specification.
