Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.
M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.
Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts.
Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Demolishing Stone rubble masonry in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand and including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of following sizes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 using crushed stone sand, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
300mm dia NP2 class RCC Hume pipe
Cleaning the Terrace floor of Turbine buildings active and maintenance buildings in FBTR complex by sweeping the loose particles removing the scrap materials at height above 15m upto 20m and conveying the removed unwanted materials to the scrab bins/dump yard as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing repair work to the cracks in joints between plastered wall to column/beam junctions and other required locations and at all elevations upto 20 to 30mm deep and below mentioned width including preparing the surface, applying polymer bonding agent, cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, equipment’s, transport etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per the specifications. a) Surface preparation: Chipping and removing the existing plastered wall surfaces to the required depth and surface preparation such as removing the loose materials, dust and other laitance with wire brush and coir brush, etc. complete. b) Bonding coat on surface: Providing and applying a coat of epoxy resin based bonding agent of ‘Cera Bond EP / Fosroc Nito Bond EP/ Sikadur-32 IN’ or approved equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface prior to applying of polymer modified mortar. c) Polymer modified mortar : Applying polymer modified mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 crushed stone sand) admixed with ‘Cera latex SBR / Fosroc Nito Bond SBR / Sikalatex SBR or approved equivalent’ at 6% weight of cement (or as per manufacturer recommendation) for a thickness of 20mm to 30mm by mechanically or manually and neatly finished as instructed over the prepared surface. Note: 1) Scaffolding will be paid in separately in the relevant item. 2) The contractor shall arrange the suitable safety arrangements for executing the work at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of road consisting of asphaltic concrete road surface including WBM Soling, making WBM and soling to original condition after work completed with retrieved materials including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum, screening, red bajri not exceeding 15% of the original materials along with new materials and disposing all unwanted materials to place specified with lead upto 50m complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying of existing RCC precast Slab of 40mm to 75mm thickness carefully without obstructing the adjacent structures including stacking, shifting upto 1km lead, loading, unloading, levelling, 12mm wide x 20mm depth pointing of the precast slabs with cement mortar 1:3, labour, tools required, curing, cleaning after laying etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The joints between the precast slabs laid should be filed with locally available earth except 20mm from the top surface including ramming it should pointed with cement mortar 1:3.
Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 25mm thickness Coping over RR wall in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Levelling, bull-dozing the heeped / dumped loosened earth / debris etc., by hiring JCB / Bull-dozer etc., including transporting, operating the vehicle, operating the vehicle by engaging driver/operator with valid driving license, diesel charges, insurance and admissible taxes, labour if any required etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing moulded interlocking paver block without damaging shape & design including relaying in different place etc. including laid over 50mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand (cost inclusive of crushed stone sand) all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 60mm thick moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand using crushed stone sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.
Cleaning the sun shades roof gutters/ rain water gutters at all levels of various building, removing the vegetation growth and cleaning the drain pipes, spouts periodically as and when required, conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins as directed, cutting and making opening in brick masonry, RCC concrete, removing the debris, disposing off as directed, attending the masonry repairs and making good the sides of hole packing the removed portion of the inside by filling concrete / brick work including finishing the surfaces etc. construction of brick masonry foundation walls wherever required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Note: This item operates for only manual loading Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. and 50% in respect of garden wastes, tree branches & Bin Wastes 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313 for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (Seven) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee. (Over all Plinth area shall be measured and paid for)
Providing and injecting polyurethane based injection resin grout ‘Cera Inject SS/Fosroc Nitofill WS60/ Sika Injection-201 IN’ at all levels in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks, honey-comb area, arresting roof leaks, low roof leakages, underground sump leaks and other required members by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing, all machinery , tools, manpower, necessary scaffoldings etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The consumption of grout material measured for bill is the actual quantity of intake during grouting. Wastages during grouting process and other wastages are not considered for measurement.
