Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh or any type in any position complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each, not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation concrete, filling and mass concrete including all necessary formwork & scaffolding if any complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc, for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including all necessary formwork & scaffolding complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars upto 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dito all as per Item No 06 above, but for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all per item No 06 above, but MS round bar 10mm dia and above of Grade Fe-410W(Grade E-250 quality A) or Fe-290(Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Mild Steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 15cm and not exceeding 22.5cm long, diameter of the shank 11 to 15mm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces for two coat of Synthetic enamel Painting over a coat of redoxide primer to new steel surfaces not exceeding 10cm width etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 50x 50 mm & made out of 3 mm GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC coating, including transportation to site at Campbell bay etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs concertina coil, 600mm dia consisting of spiral with sharp edged tape crimped to a steel wire duly galvanised with scappled barb having 51 spirals with 125 clips (when stretched to a length of 6m) and fixed to MS frame work, with and including provision of one coat of marine paint over a coat of primer provided by manufacturer specification etc, complete all as specified and dirrected.

Supply & Fix in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Fixing only chain link fencing in repairs including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair 11 to 15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 15cm but not exceeding 22.5cm long, diameter of the shank 11 to 15mm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete with Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces with two coats of Synthetic enamel Painting over a coat of redoxide/zinc chrome primer, over 10cm width or girth etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for prepartion of old steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 CM in width or Girth and applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint, even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast RCC cover slab and precast cement concrete block walling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of strom water/ area drain and keeping the drain clean throughout the year around airfield of drain cross section area upto 1.5 sqm and removing the sludge not exceeding 50 m and depositing to where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all per item No 25 above, but for drain cross section exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 3.0 sqm and removing the sludge not exceeding 50 m and depositing to where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all per item No 25 above, but for drain cross section exceeding 3 sqm and not exceeding 4.5 sqm and removing the sludge not exceeding 50 m and depositing to where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of mix 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm aggregate), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

An Amount of Rs. 31,890/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
