15 ELECTRICAL SCOPE The electrical scope starts from MCC Room, the bidder has to consider the suitable cable, cable trays from MCC Room to respective motors, emergency switch etc required to execute this project end to end. The cable shall be terminated with Suitable Cable Gland with proper cable earthing at both the ends. We understand that MCC with VFD shall be the part of Pack-4 and We should provide the suitable cable, cable trays from MCC Room to respective motors with emergency switch. Yes

18 The Bidder has to consider Design, Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Complete CIP Kitchen for Tankers cleaning by using existing CIP systems (tanks, supply Pumps, Valves-actuators) to new tanker CIP system with 4 circuits. The bidder has to consider 4 new heating systems (THE) with PIDs, TTs, Pts, return pumps, Conductivity meters, flow meters, forward lines, return lines etc, only Valve base replacement, RIO Panel and new control units (think top) to all existing valves and integrate with new upgraded SCADA system. We understand new RIO Panel is to be supplied this CIP system and the existing RIO Panel shall be scrapped. Additionally, PLC program modification is to be done alongwith development of SCADA screens. Or is PLC program modification part of Pack-4 tender? Please clarify. Existing RIO Panels shall be considered for Tanker CIP. For Process CIP pl consider new RIO panels. For Tanker CIP Please consider all 32 nos Full valves(Valve bases, actuators and Thinktop). One HMI Screen 0f 10.4 inch shall be provided for Tanker CIP. PLC program modification is to be done alongwith development of SCADA screen

19 Automation Scope: The bidder has to develop New SCADA screens for Tanker CIP complete, Process CIP Complete, Bulk acid, caustic tanks and integrate all pack-3 equipments to upgraded SCADA system. 20 SS RIO panel: The RIO panel should consist of Flex I/O of Allen Bradely make, necessary field instruments wiring, MPCB, MCC. Suitable DC power source and Node connection for Ethernet. Cable shall be connected with suitable gland packing. The existing Flex I/Os are of 1794 series which is in Active Mature stage, which means they will become obsolete in near future. Should we consider newer 5094 series or 1794 series Flex I/Os for new supply? Tetra Pak can supply both types of Flex I/Os. However, 5094 series will have higher commercial impact. Please Clarify Pl consider 1794 series Flex I/Os for new supply
