Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, chajja etc, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of wall, applying wall care putty in any layers to obtain even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Where thickness of putti is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putti shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls by scraping down smoke soot, mould mass and effloroscent salts, tading oil & greasy spots, filling of cracks and small holes with POP, making even and smooth with whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles double charged light shade 9-10 mm thick ( Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) including dismantling floor, hearth or walls tilling and terrazo topping including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick light shade ( Square or rectangular) double chargedvpolished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in daddo, skirting and like that set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as spd and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as spd and directed .

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including dismantling floor, hearth or walls tilling and terrazo topping including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 but in dado, skirting over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore stainless steel, single curtain rod (walls thickness not less than 1mm) including fancy type both sides brackets, fenials etc (as per sample) suitable for single curtain rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity incl PVC connection inlet and and outlet connections,brackets, PVC flush pipe with bend 32 mm dia of suitable length including making necessary connections to water supply pipe line and jointing to WC all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 4,385.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
