Compressive repair and maintanance of DG set capacities 20 KVA to 125 KVA installed in Ridge Area, Roulki area, Raipur Satwari and Satwari Militaty Station, Diesel Generator sets including connected Alternator carrying out routine maintenance of the engine complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. NOTES:- (i) Repair and Maintanance of DG set alongwith connected Alternator and Panel Board including Engine shall be carried out and rectifying the defects by replacing the following unserviceable spare parts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the Contractor shall carry out monthly inspections during the maintenenace period as authorised dealer and he shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set for a period upto completion from the date of service and also attend all the maintenance works as and when required in that period except in case of major repairs. (ii) Spare parts required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iv) Control switches such as MCCB, Main switch, contactors, multi display meter and engine control unit shall be out of scope of the item of work and the rate quoted shall exlusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings.

Maintenance and servicing of following mentioned Diesel Generator Sets including connected Alternator and carrying out routine 'B' check of the engine complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note :- (i) Control switches such as MCCB, Main switch, contactors, multi display meter and engine control unit shall be out of scope of the item of work and the rate quoted shall exlusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings. (ii) 'B' check shall be carried out once in every six months or 500 hours of running of DG Set whichever is earlier. Servicing of DG Set alonwith connected Alternator and Panel Board of the Engine shall also be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenance period and he shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG Set for a period of contract from the date of service and shall also attend all the maintenance works as and when required in that period except in case of Major repairs. (iii) Spare parts, engine oil and radiator coolant oil required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iv) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. Note: Spare part measured and paid under relivent items.The cost of transportation to and from workshop is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for disconnecting 15 HP non clog Raw water sewage transfer submersible pump from the sewage sump and transporting to workshop for repair, cutting of burnt winding/cleaning of stator for rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire of existing size , providing with insulating materials, flame proof/water proof laminated insulated strips, cotton tape, complete and shifting back to site, coupling to pump and lowering in sump and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
