Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable HT XLPE cable 6.6 KV of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core of any description from trenches, Floors, walls, GI Pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor will be responsible for any type of damage / punctured of existing serviceable HT cable . (ii) Before laying new cable or relaying of old cable meggaring of complete cable in presence of Engineer-in-Charge will be carried out by contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Dameage of HT cable will be responsibility of the contractor and new same size cable will be provided by contractor in lieu old cable without extra cost.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated (Earthed), screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 6.6 KV grade, cross sectional area 95 Sq mm, 3 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Cable shall be laied in possible shortest root as shown by GE/ Engr-in-Charge. 2. After completion of laying of cable contractor shall submit cable layout drawing duly signed to the E-in-Charge

Supply, Jointing and testing of outdoor termination heat shrinkable type jointing kit complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 6.6 KV(Earthed) grade XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core , including preparation of burnt out HT cable and taking out old jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Jointing and testing of indoor termination heat shrinkable type jointing kit complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 6.6 KV(Earthed) grade XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core , including preparation of burnt out HT cable and taking out old jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Jointing and testing of straight through heat shrinkable type jointing kit complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 6.6 KV(Earthed) grade XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core , including preparation of burnt out HT cable and taking out old jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not exe. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying under ground cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be carried out manually not with using JCB

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour of sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measure after punning down.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP type - 1 flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of old HT cable cover after obtained from taking out UG cable and cleaning of cover complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 90 mm dia PE 80 IS: 14333 grade, working pressure 10 KGF / CM2, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe (Light grade), 100 mm bore with bends under road / duct / culvert for protection of UG cable including taking out of old GI pipe from underground/pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MS Cross arms, bracings, supports etc. incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling including application two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface including taking down old steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cemet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cable Route indicator for HT cable with CI plate of 80mm dia fixed with MS angle 40x40x6 mm, 60 cm long showing MES HT cable / HT Joint and voltage including necessary earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4, 20 mm crushed stone aggregate of size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm including taking down old unserviceable cable route indicator complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
