Taking out with proper shut down by disconnecting all the electrical connections, dismantling the unserviceable 3 Ph induction motor 75KW/100 HP rating alongwith Vertical turbine pump set , four stage (Mode-lBHR 28-18 , Make - kirloskar) installed at Jackwell at GE(Army) Dhar Road from the base plate,column pipe and shifting the Motor to Civil workshop for repair/rewinding. Dismantling the motor, rotor ,shaft, slip rings,carbon brush assembly etc carefully. cutting and removing the old heated up/burnt winding of the stater /rotor, cleaning the slots and replacement of brunt spare parts and reassembling the motor including transportation back the same after rewinding and reassembling in same position at the same location,complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note:- (a) cost of rewinding will be measured and paid separately. (b) Motor shall be dismantled at workshop and its winding if required shall be cut in presence of authorised MES rep.Rewinding of motor if done shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item hereinafter.. (c) Labour for fixing of any type Spare parts will be included. (d) Major Spare parts such as bearing & shaft if found defective will be measured and paid separately. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation(To & Fro), greasing & replacement of worn out nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gasket, washers, insulating materials for motor/stator winding etc i.e varnish, cotton tape insulating paper and soldering of any type/size and shape in order to make it functional and testing at its original location/position complete.

Dismantling the pump parts such as key, coupling,bush, gland, ring, shaft sleeve,impeller, bearing, nut,bolt,washers,rubber gaskets/oil seals etc any type and size from the pump carefully. Replacement of UNSV spare parts and reassembling & refitting the Pump set complete in same position after testing including transportation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Pump shall be dismantled at workshop in presence of authorised MES rep. (b) The rate includes the labour for fixing of any type Spare parts will be included. (c ) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading Motor , transportation(To & Fro), greasing, relacement of worn out nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskets/oil seals and washers etc of any size and shape duly. (d) Major Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (e) the rate includes refixing the pumps in its original positioin, testing complete .

Dismantling the pump parts such as key, coupling,bush, gland, ring, shaft sleeve,impeller, bearing, nut,bolt,washers,rubber gasket etc any type and size from the pump carefully. Replacement of UNSV spare parts and reassembling the Pump set complete as before including transportation and fixing it back after repairing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Replacement of UNSV spare parts and reassembling the Engine complete in same position including transportation and reinstalling after repairing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note:- (a) Engine shall be dismantled at workshop in presence of authorised MES rep. (b) The rate includes the labour for fixing of any type Spare parts. (c) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation(To & fro) from Samanabanj station under GE (A) Dhar Raod, grease, nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskets, oil seals and washers etc of any size and shape. (d) Major Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (e) Quoted rate includes refixing the Engine with pump in its original positioin including testing complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for cleaning of over head tank /under ground sump by scrapping / removing all algae/moss,funges, scales, dust, sludge etc from inner walls & floor of the over head tank and depositing the same to a distance exc. 50 mtrs and n.exc. 100 mtrs including washing the walls & floor of the over head tank with water and disinfection chemical such as bleaching powder etc and writing date of cleaning, Capacity of tank, CA No with synthetic enamel black/white paint complete for 150000 gallons capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Near Filter plant)

M&L for dismantalling the body of monoblock pump/centrifugal pump capacaity 10 HP to 15HP taking out impeller, bush, bearing,shaft, stuffing box & reassembling the same after replacing the defective parts & carrying out the necessary repair, cleaning the slot, remetalling, turning, polishing the pump shaft, replacement of worn out steel studs,nuts , bolts & washers including repair / replacement of ball bearing, impeller, stuffing box, greasing, varnishing, etc. and testing & commissioning in same position at desired location complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as per item No 14.above but 5 HP & up to 7.5 HP

All as per item No.14 above but for 2 HP to less than 5 HP sludge pump/monoblock pump/induction pump for repair of complete pump and motor including rewinding complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) Winding shall be cut in presence of MES Rep and reassembling shall be done after inspection by MES Rep. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction/slipring induction motor.

All as per item No. 17 above but of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP

Taking down air comperssor set with motor , cutting of burnt windings and rewinding the motor rotor with super enamelled copper winding wire/strip as per existing size and truns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish, cotton tape insulating paper and soldering, greasing including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskets/oil seals,washers etc of any size for motor capacity 30 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (a) Winding shall be cut in presence of rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by Rep of EIC. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be squirrel cage induction/slipring induction motor.

Taking out unserviceable motor shifting to workshop and dismantalling, cutting of burnt windings and rewinding with supper enameled copper winding wire as per existing size and truns etc including all the insulating materials ie. varnish, cotton,tape, insulating paper and soldering, greasing including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskets/oil seals,washers etc of capacity below 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, incl. reassembling, reinstalling at original location or including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of Rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the Rep of EIC. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction/slipring induction motor.

Rewinding the motor stater with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and gauge and truns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish with suppr high quality of cotton tape, insulating paper and other misc items including baking in oven up to desired temperature of motor any capacity (vertical terbine/ centrifugal/induction) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of Rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the Rep of EIC. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be any type induction motor.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of 100 HP Motor bearing DE/NDE 6318-C3 or as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of 75 HP Motor bearing DE6314 C3 or as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of 75 HP Motor bearing NED 6311 C3 or as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of compressor Motor bearing DE/NED 6311 2Z or as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Alum/bleaching Motor bearing DE/NED 6203 2Z or as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable existing chlorination dozing spare parts from dozing plant and repair/replacement of the unserviceable spare parts as per existing type and size like NRV, suction/delivery pipes of existing length and type/size with fixing arrangement, motor required, filter for making dozing system functional and testing and commissioing including disposing off all unserviceable taken out parts / components complete all as specified and as directed

Supply of Cooling fan blade for Induction motor of capacity 50 to 100 HP same as per the present type and size all as directed by EIC.

Disconnecting the Blower of 1200 RPM, 8.5 CFM, 30 HP and type and make carefully dismantling it with connected motor complete for servicing by cleaning the bearing/bush by cleaining solution and replacing the unserviceable items like bearing, nuts,Bolts & washer,Greasing of bearing etc., assembling Blower and refixing in the original place connection and testing complete all well as specified and as directed by Engr-in-chagre.

Labour only for breaking out using chiesel, motorised hammers & scrapping old , rough, pitted PCC circular track (constructed on top of clariflocculator Tank along circumference for movement of Clariflocculator wheel) & preparing chieseled surfaces with & including plastering in CM 1:6, 10 Cm thick providing suitable channel for holding & including M&L for new circular track made out of 3 mm thick cold rolled plain MS sheet laying, cutting to form circrcular shape, drilling,threading,shaping, welding etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer & laid on top circumferential ring on top of clariflocculator tank complete all as specified & directed by Engr Incharge.

Scrapping old painted/ rusted surfaces of Clariflocculator plant with emery paper, scrapping tools etc & preparing surfaces for painting with & including painting of connected Motors,MS Structure, blades etc with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour code including removing/cleaning all the greasy and oil substances from the area to be painted complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair Non Return Valve of 125 MM, PN 1.0 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit , including taking down of old UNSV one complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix as in repair Non Return Valve of 150 MM, PN 1.0 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit , including taking down of old UNSV one complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix as in repair Non Return Valve of 200 MM, PN 1.0 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit , including taking down of old UNSV one complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix as in repair Non Return Valve of 300 MM, PN 1.0 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit , including taking down of old UNSV one complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

Removing the valve with the help of crane/tripod, repairing and refixing NRV 300 mm by replacing unserviceable partssuch as its old rubber/leather with new sheet as per present shape, size and type, gasket, nust ,bolts, washersincluding carrying out brazing,welding,lathe work etc as required to repair valve complete.

Taking out sludge/foreign material / silt / vegetation / mud from filter bed tank at tawi filter plant (only one partition) including taking out old muddy unserviceable media filter and provide new filter media ie gravels,sand media etc as required and dewatering the residual water and cleanings the walls with the help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed out side the defence area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material / silt / vegetation / mud from the square clear water UG sumps capacity 12 Lakh gallons (in two parts) dewatering the residual water and cleaning the wall with help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/foreign material / silt / vegetation / mud from the clarifloculator tanks circular type capacity 1.5 Lakh gallon and cleaning the walls with wire brush/blade/ scrapper, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing out side where as directed at suitable distances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge / foreign material/ silt / vegetation / mud from the pre-sedimentation tank of capacity 1.5 lakh gallon and cleaning the wall tile with cleaning agent including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material and depositing out side where as directed at suitable distances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge / foreign material /silt / vegetation / mud from the back wash chamber and Jack well by cleaning the wall tiles with cleaning agent including removing silt /sludge and depositing where as directed out side at suitable distances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The works to be carried out in parts as at least one supply of water is to be restored per day and the contractor will arrange all type of T&P such as suction pump, wire brush, castic soda, tools & plants for scrapping,collecting & disposing off mud and sludge etc out side where as directed at suitable distances.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Tenderes are required to quote their rates accordingly after site visit.

M&L as in repair of manhole covers / valve Chamber covers fabricated out of MS sheet, MS flat and angle iron of required sizes or shapes required at site and painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out / dismantling rusted or unserviceable covers of UG sump/OHT/valve pits, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of double flanged sluice valve of size 400 mm bore class PN 1.0 with stainless steel spindle including replacement of worn out rubber sheet nut, bolts and washers, including taking down of old and UNSV valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of double flanged sluice valve of size 300 mm bore class PN 1.0 with stainless steel spindle including replacement of worn out rubber sheet nut, bolts and washers, including taking down of old and UNSV valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of double flanged sluice valve of size 200 mm bore class PN 1.0 with stainless steel spindle including replacement of worn out rubber sheet nut, bolts and washers, including taking down of old and UNSV valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

After dismantling of pump motor set , cleaning all dismantled spares parts / winding for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertian the scope of work for repair / replacement of parts.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lowering only submersible pump set along with motor, column pipes, steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc after repairing including testing commissioning of submersible pump set of 20000 GPH capacity 12.5 to 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All spares required to make the motor, pumps, column pipe etc serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items as supply only including transportation to & from upto contractor workshop

Rewinding of motor of Submersible Pump, 12.5 to 15 H.P.,3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volt with PVC insulated / coated copper winding wire of existing gauge with other winding material such as insulating materials, sleeves etc. as per standard manufacturers specifications including cleaning of stator, slots replacement of defective parts and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of Rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the rep of EIC. Labour &T&P for Machining work required for repair to submersible pump set by straightning, polishing of pump shaft, making screw and key way, including replacement of wornout spares complete re-assembling pump after repair & testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Servicing , repairing and over hauling of mehanism of clariflocculator including replacement of chain and gear box including oiling greasing and making good as serviceable condition all as specified and directed ( Note :- Repairing of clariflocculator for both tank sedimentation and pre sedimentation tank seperatly)

Repairing of clarifloculator rubber pading wheel, slip ring, bearing, chain, motor and overhauling complete and cleaning, greasing including replacement of defective spare parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
