M&L for treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5.0 ltr of emulsion per sqm.

M&L for RCC M-25 Design Mix as in chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' SEC-I (PART-II) (BUILDING WORK INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any escription and in any position complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick ,stone wall,etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) nexc 1.50 Sqm and including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified.

S&F of manually sliding , hermetically sealing type of door of size 1500x2100mm or of any size as required having PUF / high density particle board cores, high pressure laminated face on both sides, viewing window300x300mm and for smooth effortless sliding, the door runs on nylon wheels within an aluminium extrusion track all as specified and directed. The door are to be made high density particle board core with stainless steel 0.5 mm thick facing both side and run on Nylon wheels in a track made from aluminium extrusion, fixed firmly to the wall. The door frame shall be made or reinforced plaster board panels faced with the same llaminates as the doors and shall be edged with and aluminium extrusion and concealed fixing. The Track and wheel design shall be as sutch that during the last 50mm at travel on the closing cycle the door moves in 3 direction to from a seal against the floor at the bottom and against the frame on both sides and on the top.

S&F of micro processor based electronic automation for door controlling the direction, the acceleration and speed of the door with a low noise level pluse generator motor it includes a photo cell for user's safety and a set of sensor and foot switches/ operation allas specified and directed. Note: The automation to be used to item No 11 for making it functional automatically.

S&F of 2 Bay scrub sink made out of 304 graded brushed finished stainless steel, 1.6mm thick, 1800mm length, width 510mm, height 1370mm with photoelectric sensors-2Nos, thermo static mixture valves-1 No, Solenoid valves-2Nos with foot operated switch-2Nos spouts-2Nos for foam supply all as specified and directed.

AIR FLOW MANAGEMENT STATION FOR OT AHU (8 Nos)

Motorised assembly for AFM Station with application programmable controller for enabling stable pressure control; shall be able to control air handler drive in tune to filter condition & maintain desired volume flow rate; shall communicates on pLAN network; differential pressure sensor; & necessary step down transformer from 220 V including all necessary control wiring for working the same.

Supplying, fabricating, installing and testing of sheet metal ducts of following thicknesses including necessary supports, flexible hangers with isolators, nut bolts, gasket, splitter dampers and vanes, volume control dampers etc. complete as per specification in accordance with the approved shop drawings and required by the specifications.

INSULATION

Providing & fixing of external thermal insulation of ducts with approved sample of Nitrile Rubber prelaminated with aluminium foil complete as per specifications.

Acoustic Lining in The Supply/Return Ducts

Supplying, installing & testing of acoustic lining within supply and return air ducts as per the specifications. All ducts shown cross hatched on the approved shop drawings shall be provided with acoustic lining of Nitrile Rubber open cell foam .• The density of the same shall be within 140-180 Kg/m3 & thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.050 W/m.K.• The material should withstand maximum surface temperature of +85C and minimum surface temperature of -20C &should conform to Class 1 rating.

Supply, Install, DOP testing and commissioning of modular type unidirectional Laminar air flow system for Operation Theatres assembled and sealed in factory comprising of plenum & holding structure complying to ISO 5 to ISO 6, made out of MS Sheet with epoxy coated paint/stainless steel having minimum thickness of 2mm protected with oven baked RAL 9010 epoxy coating both inside and outside and sealed with 100% leak proof gasket in accordance with ISO EN 14644-3. Air tightness of casing shall be in accordance with class B of EN-1866-1998. Class L1 (M) of PREN 1886-2003. Calss 'C' of PREN 12237-2003 and ISO-EN 14644-3. One test connector accessible from the operating theater shall be provided to measure loss of pressure and take test Aerosol samples. Provision for filtter mounting shall be with rotating clamps. Removable 'Screentek' screens of monofilament polyster fabric in individual clip-on frames for projection of HEPA filters against exposure to blood splash shall be provided. Mini Pleat HEPA Filters(as per UL 900 fire rating) in Aluminum frame flange type , filter media consisting of Micro Fibre Glass (imported) protected with Aluminum mesh on both sides having efficiency better than 99.97% down to 0.3 microns particle size with I.P.D < 15 mm WG, F.P.D >= 50 WG for the following .Contractor to quote for of one of the following three makes with respective specifications mentioned against each make at (a), (b) & (c ) below :-
