Note:- Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/wooden components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Satwari including BSO's Furniture Yard in office hours only as directed .
Charpoy GI Pipe FD-220 :
Removing nylon niwar, tightening the frame and reweaving of charpoy Gi pipe with new nylon niwar 50/55mm wide , 1st quality, white colour, weight of niwar shall not be less than 1.50 kg per charpoy, closely woven having minimum 34 bands on long rails and 14 bands on short rails, the ends of nylon niwar shall be stitched with nylon niwar by giving one fold with pipes complete all as specified/shown on drg and directed .
Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy GI pipe by loosening the nut bolts, tighten the each part of charpoy and S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR grade and 02 Nos flat Iron of size 35mm x 6mm duly painted in black colour of length equal to width of plywood/GI charpoy of appropriate size (as per Drg) to GI pipe frame with new GI Nut & bolts 6mm dia 62 to 65mm long complete all as specified/shown on drg and directed .
Removing old unserviceable three-ways elbow from the GI pipe and S&F new three-ways elbow 32 mm dia (ISI marked) complete all as specified/shown on drg and directed .
Removing old unserviceable GI check nuts from the GI charpoy frame & S&F new GI check nuts 32mm bore/dia & 10 mm wide complete all as specified/shown on drg and directed .
Removing old broken long rail from charpoy and S&F new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia, medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded up to 22 mm on both ends to be fitted to the frame complete all as specified & shown on drg and directed .
Removing old broken short rail from charpoy and replacing with new short rail made out of long rail retrieved from Ser item No 2.05 here-in-before duly threaded at both ends up to 22 mm long at both ends to be fitted to the frame complete all as specified & shown on drg and directed .
Removing old broken legs from charpoy GI and replacing with new legs made out of short rails retrieved from Ser item 2.06 here-in-before, duly threaded at one end to be fitted to the frame. The lower end of the leg shall be provided with 3mm thick MS plate of 40mm dia duly continous welding including provision of FMN set as directed by Engineer-in-charge irrespective of what is shown on drg. .
Conversion of charpoy GI pipe comprising of following FD-220:- Taking out existing UNSV plastic newar from the charpoy GI pipe ,tightening the each part of charpoy and S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR grade of size 1980 x 900mm, fixed to GI pipe frame with GI Nut, bolts 6mm dia 60 to 65mm long including 02 Nos flat iron of size 40mm x 6mm duly painted in black colour of length equal to width of plywood/GI charpoy and fix it tightly to GI Charpoy with nut & bolt including necessary drilling into GI Pipe. Drilling holes 02 Nos in each long rails,02 nos in each short rails & 01 no on both flat iron at centre complete all as specified & shown on drg and directed .

Taking out old unserviceable cushion and supply cushion foam having density 32 of size 21''x22”x4” duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 500.00 per meter as approved by GE.Cushion cover shall be provided with best quality zip stitched on one edge of cushion cover with standard fitting.
Taking out old torn faded cushion cover from old cushion and S&F new cushion cover to the existing cushion . Cushion cover shall be provided with best quality zip stitched on one edge of cushion cover with standard fitting. Tapesrtry cloth for cover should be of minimum Rs 500/- per meter all as approved by GE.
Chair dining Officers FD-357,FD/MAP-II/04
Taking out old unserviceable cover of chair and supply new cover of tapestry cloth not less than Rs 350.00 per meter as approved by GE.
