Sub-Estimate No. I :- M & R to N.R. Building Patalganga Industrial Area.…. Management, maintenance, housekeeping & cleaning of C.F.C. bldg premises, etc.

Item No.1 :- Cleaning fully built up area including surrounding premises, basement, stilt & floors at all levels, terrace area, entrance, pavement, parking area, utility and entire open spaces within compound walls of complex on all working days including cleaning and sweeping all the areas including cabin, pantries, halls, entrance, staircases, staircases landings, mid-landings, all fire escape staircases& their mid-landings, sanitary blocks, cleaning all the table tops, chairs, furniture etc doors and windows within the building including necessary machinery like vacuum cleaner etc cleaning and sweeping the garbage from side apron and surrounding of the building, service roads etc with necessary labour and material viz soap, table duster, soft and hard brooms, duster, mops, buckets, liquid soap, soap cakes, scented liquid, air freshener, urinal cubes, baskets, etc of standard companies. and approved by the Dept, with necessary equipments and machineries, tools etc complete, with supervisors to monitor with proper uniform including making arrangement for collecting, lifting, disposing off the garbage, scrap material, all labour, material, machineries required for it etc complete. The item also includes providing an Electrician for solving day to day electrical problems. Office Building, DG set room, all external premises, etc by machinery/manually etc complete.

Item No. 2 :- Maintenance & repairs of water supply & sanitation drainage system of office complex, leakage repairs, cleaning drainage system, removing choke up etc with all men & materials required for it etc complete.

Item No.1 :-Maintenance of CC road from Parade corner to Sidheswari corner & SEBI Road including removing of weeds from road edges & maintanance of central verge lawns , cutting, trimming of shrubs , rainy grass along road land width , including watering, removing of silt /mud from road edges for drain out storm water, making rain cuts , cleaning of central verge and curbing walls along road by machinery/manually etc. as directed by Engineer-In-charge etc complete. (Rates excluding GST) ,

Item No.2:- Maintenance of shrubbery bed including watering, removing weeds, cutting, trimming applying the dose of manure & insecticides, etc complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Sub-Estimate No. IV :- M & R to Water Supply Scheme for Patalganga Industrial Area … Conveyance, removing, relocating of needles from original position & Opening and Closer of Gates of existing weir (Pre-monsoon work).
