For Pandel at DCRC Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (7' height) including the supporting frame work fitted and fixed with minimum 3" long nail with side lap minimum one corrugation. Supporting frame structure should be sufficiently strong and make with bamboo/balli, spacing of post (minimum 3" dia.) maximum 6' c/c, and three runners (minimum 2.5" dia.) equi-spaced both inner and outer side and bracing, if required and dismantling the same as and when directed and as per instruction of the E.I.C.

Making of sheves (2'-2" wide) with wooden plank (1" thick) in "strong room" having framed structure made of bamboo/balli post and wooden battens sufficiently strong to carry the E.V.M. Each layer of shelf should be made in same level so that the E.V.M. can be placed vertically and properly and dismantling the same as and when directed and as per instruction of the E.I.C.

Making of barricade at the counting hall in between counting agent and counting personnel with strong bamboo supporting frame and 10 SWG G.I. Wire mesh (1" x 1") 4' high from table top and covering the space in between bottom of mesh and floor with coloured cloth without damaging the hall, and dismantling the same as and when directed and as per instruction of the E.I.C..

Making of galvanized iron wire mesh protection in the window openings at the counting hall with strong supporting frame and G.I. Wire mesh (1" x 1") without damaging, and dismantling the same as and when directed and as per instruction of the E.I.C..
